A reduced cost does not always mean a reduction in quality, authority and expertise. I visited the join Chiropractic in St. George and was hesitant at first. The offers looked very good and were very affordable and yet, sometimes affordable, especially when it comes to health elements can be cheap or less. This is not the case with this Joint Chiropractic. From the first phone call to the appointment, filling out the forms and an initial discussion with a woman that walked through my past, my issues and my understanding of chiropractic care, I was happily surprised. From there, meeting Dr. Doug Markham, he shared his background as well as quickly identifying what he saw immediately as I explained my issues to him. His attention to detail and personalization to me was on the same level of an 85 to 110 a visit chiropractor like what I experienced in Florida. Even though I was familiar with and had experience with chiropractors in the past, he walked me through each action and stayed aware of my comfort level the whole time. He brought a great deal of relief in the first session, but also was realistic about what was needed next. The program that he explained made great sense, was very affordable and something I was comfortable committing too. It is going to take some time to correct, redirect and heal some of the issues I have been dealing with for a long time. Still, I think I am on the right course for me with The Joint Chiropractic and dr. Doug Markham to get there and get to an even stronger place. I invite those that may have been apprehensive, carrying presuppositions and assumptions to see for yourselves that this could be an answer for you with the highest level of quality at what I have found to be the lowest cost out there. read more

I have been going to the Joint for a couple years. It is affordable to have regular adjustments, I have been happy with the doctors and how easy it is to get a quick adjustments. Wayne Cox & Dr Doug have been my regular Drs when they are available. Highly recommend. read more

I called this location to see what time they would stop taking patients for the day. The gal jumped all around the question and mentioned another location on Sunset which also closed at 4. She said there was quite the line already and she had flipped the sign to closed (15 min prior to closing). She was super difficult to deal with. This place is a good concept. Except you don't know what Dr you're going to see when you walk in. It is different usually every-time we have went. Dr. King is awesome! And typically we don't want to see anyone else because he seems to be the best one for adjustments for us. But we never get to see him often when we walk in. The Dr we saw recently was ok. He left us with the feeling that he was just saying things just to say things... then adjusting an area we asked. Right after the covid lift you feel all sketchy going into a place like this. There is an unmarked hand sanitizer and the Dr who is seeing people throughout the day ...there is a bathroom 5ft away but was just using a handmade sanitizer next to him after every patient. Least with us. And the people before and after us. He didn't wear a mask. ( they usually don't) and that's fine though he is up close and personal adjusting you and seeing people all day breathing in their faces all day long. Just the thought of you showing you "kinda" care about your customers health and trying to be clean for them would have been a smidge more comforting. I mean, you go to a popular restaurant here and they have every other stall blocked off and their employees have masks on. Then to a "dr" office, the joint and that's all out the window. Even though some places have just let the covid go, I'd think a medical office would be more careful and thoughtful. Weird time but at least show youre thinking of your community and customers or something It was the feeling of you're just coming in to get adjusted and if you have underlying medical issues you should see someone else for sure. Like a chiropractor with his own office and a plan. Or a Dr who can address your serious issues. This place feels like you come in just to get adjusted in certain areas then they recommend a few things to do and you can come back more often or not. So if you need a quick fix this is place you can walk on in and get adjusted even on Saturday's so that is nice and convenient. And we actually like this place for that reason. If you got some serious stuff going on, I'd recommend going some place a little more professional. read more

I have had a great experience with the chiropractors here! I love seeing the different methodologies each were trained in and I love how quickly you can get in and out and back to your day. I'm pregnant and have SI joint issues and without my weekly adjustments I don't know how I would make it! I also went to the joint in Denver when I was pregnant with my first for the same reason. Affordable monthly membership and consistency in treatment is important to heal. read more

The Joint is a franchise so they vary from one location to another. I did not have a good experience at the first one I was treated at in Phoenix. So I was skeptical when my masseuse referred me to The Joint in St. George. However, I am so glad I took a chance and gave them a try! All the doctors I have seen here take plenty of time for exam and treatment but with the walk-in format, I am in & out in no time. So you get the convenience of not having to make an appointment along with excellent chiropractic care at a very reasonable price, what could be better than that? read more

I called and was told on the phone that although the clinic closed at 7 pm that first time patients needed to arrive no later than 6:15 pm to be seen. I made a special trip to the clinic showed up at 6:10 pm and was informed that they did not see first time patients after 6 pm. I explained what I had been told on the phone with no luck and was turned away. I will not return to a clinic that doesn't honor what they say. read more

I would give zero stars if I could for poor customer service. The receptionist (young blonde who talks fast) cut me off as I was talking and didn't care to listen to me. I came to this place because they said walk ins welcome. I show up to be seen and "they're closing for lunch in 20 minutes" and refuse to see both my husband and I. I'm traveling and have been in the car for 9 hours; threw my back out; and have another 7 hours to go. I'm sorry, do they close for lunch at 2 or 1:40? I suppose 1:40 since they refused to see me. How inconsiderate to expect me to stop my drive and wait over an hour to be seen when I came during working hours. The receptionist should have had empathy for me seeing as I could barely walk and ask the doctor if he could squeeze us in. Worst case scenario go 5 min into lunch and come back 5 min late. Big deal. Bottom line, don't go close to their lunch time because you won't be see. Their lunch 45 minutes is much longer if they refuse to see patients with 20 minutes to go.... give me a break. With customer service like that, while people are in unbearable pain, you won't last long. read more

I had initially gone in for a one time treatment in December and they tried to sell me on recurring visits I agreed at first but then said no (I knew I wouldn't use them and it would be a waste) I told right then and there I'll just stick with the one time charge. We'll, they charged me on January so I call and told them I only agreed to the one time, they said they processed my refund and that I wouldn't happen. I just found out they charged me for February again and never refunded my January payment. They not only lied to me about the refund, they went and charged me again. That's not an honest business. I told them initially I wanted a one time treatment only NOT recurring. I would stay away from this business as they are not honest on the way they do business. read more

Had to wait outside in 100 degree weather for 15 minutes after posted opening time. Receptionist was at front desk with entire guest lobby empty and nobody being seen, reason door was locked is because "patient queue was full", nobody else was inside. I called imagining they might let me wait inside considering how hot it was outside and being within their business hours but the receptionist rudely told me to read the sign on the front door which said "patient queue is full come back in 15". Upon getting inside took another 15 minutes to fill out new patient form and got slipped to the back of the 6 person line I was initially in front of. Could have easily sat down and waited til they were ready and at least finished the form so I would've been seen in a somewhat timely fashion. Also, somebody I was waiting with outside told me they were cancelling their membership today because this type of thing has happened to them multiple times at this clinic. Will not be back. read more
