My massage therapist recommended that l see a chiropractor for some issues I'd been having with my back and neck. I carry a lot of stress in those areas and it results in a locking pain. I also deal with sinus issues that begin in my neck. Dr O'Connor has worked with me over the past few months and I'm happy to say my sinus issues are a lot less severe. My neck does not lock up anymore and I'm able to sleep much better. He is patient and provides a very professional yet personal care for his clients. He is very in-tuned to my needs and many times goes right to trouble areas without being prompted. I highly recommend his service.

They made me think that my insurance did cover their services. For the last visit, I was told that I had to pay $100 to continue seeing them as my deductible wasn't met however when I called my insurance, I found out that they never billed it! So how is my deductible going to be met if they are not sending the bills to be processed! My insurance was shocked that the office had charged me up front! After I insisted the office to bill my insurance, they finally did for the last couple of visits and come to find out that my insurance paid most of it! I decided I was not going back! My hips were severely misaligned after my first pregnancy (and due to wearing a boot from breaking 3 toes) and I was in a lot of pain. I have continued to see the doctors on a weekly basis and even bring my 2 year old daughter and my 3 month old son (who started coming at 5 days old). Both Dr Cater and Dr Wuebben are very knowledgeable, personable and are more than willing to work with your budget (since most insurance companies don't cover chiropractic care).
