We have been coming to see Dr Judge for about 5-6 years. I've been to other locations prior but he's just the best and also employees the best other chiropractors as well! For a while, I was actually driving 20 minutes out of my way to see his location instead of the one that was walking distance from me. He sees both of my young children as well (they started at 2 years old). We have friends who live the same lifestyle as us but their kids will get sick way more often than ours. I swear it's because of our weekly adjustments here! The kids yell my turn and are so excited to get their adjustments. I was not pleased with their customer service at all. I was asked to provide xrays/mri of my back condition for a simple adjustment. Once I got that, I called and because I think I was difficult, they told me I would be better off going somewhere else. I had good reason for being emotional. Have been here twice now and have seen 2 different chiros after seeing another in Biltmore. I like this location because they took the time to actually talk to me about my past injury and surgeries and as a result did a lighter adjustment and focused on small things that would move the needle. Horrible service! My dad complained to corporate about the receptionist at the Shea & Scottsdale location because she was very rude, and tried to refuse us service because we filled out the application "incorrectly". Instead of talking us through it, she made a huge deal about it and said she couldn't say anything about the verbiage in the contract. This lady literally does nothing. She's been called a pitbull by the actual chiropractors there. She's extremely unprofessional and very impolite. We filed a complaint with corporate about her and nothing was done. To make matters worse. My husband went in for an adjustment today and the receptionist said, I'm refusing service because you complained about me" my husband was so confused he's like "I didn't complain about you" and she's like "you can't come in". I find this completely appalling!!!! my husband wanted to pay full price for an adjustment and he was refused service. Not acceptable to keep these people around in a business! read more

This location is fantastic! My regular doctors are Dr. Sipes & Dr. Judge (for my deep methodical taste). Dr. Raider is a female doctor that gives fast paced adjustments. Some of their substitute doctors are excellent as well. Dr. Smith was there last weekend, and gave me an incredible adjustment. Sometimes your body reacts well to switching it up. Christine did my adjustment this last time, and when I asked about a certain adjustment for my ribs that pop out of place, she told me she wouldn't do those adjustments because "her breasts would be too close to me" or something like that. I'm an avid tennis player that plays 4-5 times/wk. I injured my lower back in a fall and being out of alignment was causing knee pain that affected my tennis activity. I was referred to The Joint and on my first visit I saw Dr. Rachelle Roeder. She adjusted me and alleviated most of my back pain that first visit. Being back in alignment, my knee pain went away too. I've continued with regular chiropractic adjustments and am able to keep my back pain at bay. I had a recent flare up of sciatica and despite a couple visits to my regular chiropractor, I had been researching other options and came across the Joint on my Yelp app. I heard about them on the radio and they are indeed your "Massage Envy" type setup. I was particularly happy because they are open at this location until 4pm on Saturdays and I was urgently seeking some more relief due to the pain in my lower back. I managed to get in around 3 and was very thankful for it. I had Dr. Hornback who seems to only be there on weekends but for the into price of $19 I got one of the best adjustements I can remember and he also gave me some suggestions and a brief overview of my tension points. I may be wary still of getting into monthly contracts but for those of you who are seeking frequent adjustments or often have back pain, the setting is relaxed and professional, service is friendly and helpful and at a great price especially wih the packages they offer. I like this place because it's a bare bones (sorry about the pun!) way of getting chiropractic care. There are no x-rays or other expensive ploys to chisel you. Instead you just go in and get the joints cracked. The only thing I don't like is that if you get on their auto bill plan there is a 30 day notice to stop billing the credit card. So, even if you want to quit you have to buy another month of treatments. The good thing is that the prices are very low. The chiropractor that treated me was friendly and professional, and I think he did an outstanding job of cracking my stiff neck and back. The other thing I like is that you can go to any of their offices to get treatment because they are all networked together. So far I have been to two offices and was satisfied both times. read more

I am giving the professional chiropractor 4 stars. The receptionists are atrocious! They make me super uncomfortable. They need to be trained right or replaced. The only other thing would be to add optional heating pads or plug in for me to use my own before my adjustment. It would be easier on the body to be loose before hand. Maybe a little massage if some sort by the practitioner. 1 min added on. Increase the price to 79.99 for a he added pampering. I come here about once a month to help my crooked back. As far as convenience goes, you can't beat The Joint. I come in during my lunch hour and I'm in and out within 15 minutes. Dr. Judge is great. Twice I've had to come in because I injured myself to the point of limited mobility. Both times I was back to normal within a few days. The most recent was a shoulder injury. I was actually out of town when this happened and went to a full service chiropractor seeking relief. The other chiropractor hooked me up to a bunch of fancy machines and... no results. Time and money wasted. Came back to Dr. Judge yesterday and immediate relief. If you have any issues with your back, I highly recommend coming in for an adjustment before you seek additional, expensive treatment. read more
