I like how we can just walk in when we need adjustments. It's less than 100.00 per visit. Plus they have special deals if you purchase a pack then the rate is less. But for your first time it's only 45.00 Plus they don't do any X-rays or anything like that before you visit them like other chiropractor offices. Also when I needed adjustments when visiting family in California I was able to find several Joint Chiropractic offices near them so I went to visit and they had my records from Washington. Front desk is normally friendly. Since the couple years we've visited there has been several different people working there. Also, you won't see the same doctors all the time either. I was assured that they had a one month plan and it renews so to call them 48 hours before the renewal and I'm good to go. It can be cancelled that easy. I was verbally read some of the contract. My partner and I both signed and paid for one month for both of us without being shown any paperwork. Now we are being told that we signed paperwork for their 3 month minimum plan and that legally I have to pay till the end of the 3 months. If you plan to come here for a year, this place is fine, the chiropractors are pretty knowledgeable and fantastic. However, be prepared to sign your wallet away. If you want to TRY this place, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without reading it first. Those front desk ladies are professional scammers. I have been a customer for about a decade. The Renton office is close to my house, and the quality of care you get for the monthly subscription fee is a great bargain. If you need regular chiropractic care and don't have a big budget, definitely consider this. My favorite is Dr. Aaron, but all the practitioners are competent. Front desk/reception went through some turnover during the pandemic (who's business didn't?), but now that seems to have stabilized and they do a great job too. read more

Every now and then my back has issues and I find The Joint to always do the trick in getting me aligned and feeling good. The subscription program is great - I usually sign up for it as needed and am happy with the quick service and care. It does make a difference which days you go in because they have a variety of doctors who have different styles and techniques. Some are better than others. I like Dr. Anne and Dr. Dalal because they take a few minutes to understand your specific issue vs treating you as a number. Dr. Aaron!!!!! Guys he is the best I've been here twice three years ago and two days ago and he was AMAZING!! After long conversations with my insurance company, somebody recommended going to the joint, never heard of it. I knew nothing about it. I went here and the gentleman did my adjustment and the gal at the front was so nice that I actually asked her if she owned the place because she was too nice The place is very clean. You come in scan your code if you bought adjustments for the future wait a few minutes and they do your adjustment and you go home. I had contacted a lot of other chiropractors and they all wanted a fee for a consultation fee for x-rays a fee for your first adjustment so basically they wanted $200 for me to come in and get my back cracked. The first visit here was $30 and they actually even wave the $30 fee because I had to wait an hour to see somebody because it was so busy. read more

Love the adjustments and staff BUT I hate the fact that automated answer service is NEVER updated . I drove all the way from woodinville to Renton to see a specific doctor . 45 min drive ! Automated answer service says open 10-7 etc . Did not say that it is closed today April 18, Thursday 10:45-245 . We don't have time to stay in Renton for 5 hrs or drove back home to woodinville then drive back when it is traffic by 3pm. This is not the first time . Was hoping to see someone at bellevue which automated service was again not updated . I would have given 5 stars for service but 2 star for management . Horrible service and very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment and experience. This was my first time visiting this location and I will never return. The wait was so long as the doctor talked to a patient for nearly an hour about pregnancy and how to hold her baby. I get the the need to educate, however, it was a full waiting room As well. I then was called to back to wait during someone's session. I proceeded to go to restroom. I walked completely passed the doctor and even locked eyes with her and her patient, while I'm in the restroom I hear the front desk and the doctor talking about me in a very unprofessional manner, while including other patients who we're located in the lobby. This was a horrible experience and I cancelled my visit. They really made me feel uncomfortable. There was a lady sitting in lobby talking to herself who was a family/friend of the front desk clerk and who just kept repeating everything that patients would say. I don't think that the lobby at chiropractor office is a good place for the unstable mental health friend/family member of workers at this location. This was the most bizarre situation I have ever encountered at a healthcare/wellness facility in my life. Please fix this location immediately. read more

Saw this place going in a few months ago when I was out running errands. At the time, I had a chiropractor already whom I was a regular with. Well, things happen you know, and I stopped going to that place. I've been in a lot of pain the last few weeks, and had done my best to self treat at home. Finally I caved. I hopped on Google and started searching for recommending chiropractors in the area. Then I was like, wait - there is that new place by Fred Meyer! 10 minutes later, I was on my way. My boyfriend actually decided to come with me to get an adjustment as well, even though he also has a different regular chiropractor he sees. Walked in to a large, open, waiting room, and was greeted with a huge smile from a nice lady behind the desk - who we then found was currently in training - super nice. Her trainer came out and we informed her we were new, and she was super helpful in getting us all the paperwork and answering our 500 questions. Was very professional and friendly with both us and her trainee. The doctor was very professional, friendly, and communicative; made sure pressure wasn't too hard or soft, and walking me through medical terms I have never heard before. A few pops and cracks, and man, I feel so much better. We initially had both come in just for the first visit to see how we liked it, and obviously to get feeling better. We ended up buying a 2 Month plan because we enjoyed the environment and experience so much. We will see you guys again in a few days! read more

I have been going to the joint for years... This location off and on for a couple months. Last adjustment two days ago I was a lil tight through my hips and lower back. So the guy adjusts me... HARD. I immediately feel a pinch in my lower back. I tell him... He helps me stand up and I try to bend forward towards my toes... sharp pinch... Again I tell him... he states and i quote "I don't know why your all adjusted now" Fast forward to a couple hours later I am in EXTREME pain. I can not even sit down without pain shooting up my back and down my leg, bending isnt an option, twisting isnt an option, laying perfectly straight and standing hurt, my lower back is swollen... I call the 24 hr nurse line with my insurance I schedule and appt for next day with PCP... couple hours later I have iced taken Ibuprofen now I am experiencing numbness in my right foot and calf...and pain is unbearable. Call back the nurse they send me to ER. I get a neurological exam and they send me up for an MRI. I now have a bulging disk L4 and L5. I have never EVER had issues like this... so now I am on all sorts of steroids and muscle relaxers... and I was there all night from like 12 am which was about 7 hrs after adjustment to 8am. They were concerned about me developing Cauda equina syndrome (CES) from the trauma of the adjustment. Y'all thats serious... NOT HAPPY with this place at all. read more

I was skeptical of chiropractic therapy when I first started going (like many people). I can pop my back with a good twist, why do I need a "doctor" to do it for me? I was wrong, and I'm glad I happen to pick this location (Renton/Benson). If my first experience had been like some of the other places I've been, I wouldn't have discovered how effective it can be. I've been to a few different Joint's, and the doctors at this location are hands down the best! I usually see either Dr. Aaron or Dr. Matt who are both amazing, as are the other docs. I have chronic neck issues, and every time I come in, it's near instant relief. Other places, I can't get no satisfaction.
