I like how we can just walk in when we need adjustments. It's less than 100.00 per visit. Plus they have special deals if you purchase a pack then the rate is less. But for your first time it's only 45.00 Plus they don't do any X-rays or anything like that before you visit them like other chiropractor offices. Also when I needed adjustments when visiting family in California I was able to find several Joint Chiropractic offices near them so I went to visit and they had my records from Washington. Front desk is normally friendly. Since the couple years we've visited there has been several different people working there. Also, you won't see the same doctors all the time either. All in all it's a nice, clean, affordable place. read more

I was assured that they had a one month plan and it renews so to call them 48 hours before the renewal and I'm good to go. It can be cancelled that easy. I was verbally read some of the contract. My partner and I both signed and paid for one month for both of us without being shown any paperwork. Now we are being told that we signed paperwork for their 3 month minimum plan and that legally I have to pay till the end of the 3 months. If you plan to come here for a year, this place is fine, the chiropractors are pretty knowledgeable and fantastic. However, be prepared to sign your wallet away. If you want to TRY this place, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without reading it first. Those front desk ladies are professional scammers. I emailed customer service, so hopefully this can be settled but as of now, I don't have high hopes. read more

I have been a customer for about a decade. The Renton office is close to my house, and the quality of care you get for the monthly subscription fee is a great bargain. If you need regular chiropractic care and don't have a big budget, definitely consider this. My favorite is Dr. Aaron, but all the practitioners are competent. Front desk/reception went through some turnover during the pandemic (who's business didn't?), but now that seems to have stabilized and they do a great job too. read more

They are consistently professional and I always feel so much better post visit! I recommend this location to everyone. read more

Always helps me out when I have back and hip problems. Dr Jeff and all the other chiropractors great! Go see them!

I have been going to this clinic for over a year after a bad hip subluxation and I have gotten incredible care every time! They handle my connective tissue disability well and all of the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. read more

After hearing from a few people who come here & the experience they had, I knew I needed to check out this clinic! Erica at the front desk is wonderful & so supportive of my care as well as the other patients that come in. All of the providers seem to be invested & interested in how you are doing; I see Dr. TJ & Dr. Dalal whom I definitely recommend. I appreciate the affordability & access to care. The flexibility of walking in & getting an adjustment with the business hours they are open; I can be well on my way in minutes and feel so much better! The membership packages vary & the wellness plan best suits what I am looking for. Definitely check them out! read more

Every now and then my back has issues and I find The Joint to always do the trick in getting me aligned and feeling good. The subscription program is great - I usually sign up for it as needed and am happy with the quick service and care. It does make a difference which days you go in because they have a variety of doctors who have different styles and techniques. Some are better than others. I like Dr. Anne and Dr. Dalal because they take a few minutes to understand your specific issue vs treating you as a number. The front office staff are helpful and courteous and I appreciate them too! read more

Dr. Aaron!!!!! Guys he is the best I've been here twice three years ago and two days ago and he was AMAZING!! I came in for my lower back issues and he healed that but also I told him about my high riding patella in my right knee and said it was super sensitive I DONT KNOW WHAT HE DID BUT I CAN MOVE AGAIN!! Almost right away I noticed a huge difference I can run again and go up stairs as I could before he has done more than my physical therapist has done for me just AMAZING I will be back! read more

Everybody is nice and caring here. The place is clean and neat. I am feeling much better after each visit!

Amazing care with Dr. Erin/Aaron. Front staff is very attentive. Clean facility and great reminder of how many visits I have left. Thank you. read more

After long conversations with my insurance company, somebody recommended going to the joint, never heard of it. I knew nothing about it. I went here and the gentleman did my adjustment and the gal at the front was so nice that I actually asked her if she owned the place because she was too nice The place is very clean. You come in scan your code if you bought adjustments for the future wait a few minutes and they do your adjustment and you go home. I had contacted a lot of other chiropractors and they all wanted a fee for a consultation fee for x-rays a fee for your first adjustment so basically they wanted $200 for me to come in and get my back cracked. The first visit here was $30 and they actually even wave the $30 fee because I had to wait an hour to see somebody because it was so busy. read more

Outstanding! Made positive adjustments to my neck, and lower back. Appreciate all the doctors and receptionists. Renton team is awesome

Came in twice now this week. Last week was dr Aaron and this Sunday it's busy too! Dr Aaron again I'm hoping. Yay! One in Tacoma opening soon Spring 2021!!!!That's where I'm at!! No more travel time!! read more

I was visiting Washington on vacation. I had some issues with my neck and back after a fall. I was referred to him, Dr. Aaron, by my niece. I was so impressed by the adjustments I received and told him he needed to move to Greenville, SC. That's not gonna happen. Too hot. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area! If I lived there, he would be my chiropractor. read more

feel good no more pain and my neck so thank you thank you thank you thank you guysThank you so much

Love the adjustments and staff BUT I hate the fact that automated answer service is NEVER updated . I drove all the way from woodinville to Renton to see a specific doctor . 45 min drive ! Automated answer service says open 10-7 etc . Did not say that it is closed today April 18, Thursday 10:45-245 . We don't have time to stay in Renton for 5 hrs or drove back home to woodinville then drive back when it is traffic by 3pm. This is not the first time . Was hoping to see someone at bellevue which automated service was again not updated . I would have given 5 stars for service but 2 star for management . There is no one you can talk to over the phone LIVE . I would have given 1 star but out of courtesy with the doctors read more

0 stars the federal way location is so welcoming this location I called they said I can do a walk in 6:30pm and I get there and tell me they can't take me in waste of time, next time they need to tell people over the phone before we waste our time specially feeling sick it's the worse. read more

Wow I can't believe that your willing to let business walk out the door so easily. You must be doing very well so you don't have to care about your customers. . Your policies don't fit into most schedules of most Americans. Especially people who take vacations, family emergencies Ect. I'm tired of these corporations businesses that treat you like a number and not a person. For a business based on customer services to not be concerned about people's well being and financial struggles is obscured. The only bright part of your business is the adjuster's seem to be very nice and know what there doing. Good luck on your business in the future because I will not be apart of it nor will all the people I know that needs a chiropractor. Thank you for reading my message. read more

I have gone to a chiropractor since 1987. This office is great! I received a solid adjustment from each of the doctors at this practice. It is affordable, easy, and works with my busy life. Highly recommend! For 29$ for your first visit - it is very affordable! read more

Going to The Joint Chiropractic-Renton for my Chiropractic care has been the best decision. All the chiropractors provide quality care. One in particular is Aaron R. Smith, DC. He makes you feel welcome, provides gentle adjustments, and I always walk away feeling so much better. A plus, no appointments necessary. I walk in and get the needed care within a few minutes. That is great service! I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic in Renton! read more

Horrible service and very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment and experience. This was my first time visiting this location and I will never return. The wait was so long as the doctor talked to a patient for nearly an hour about pregnancy and how to hold her baby. I get the the need to educate, however, it was a full waiting room As well. I then was called to back to wait during someone's session. I proceeded to go to restroom. I walked completely passed the doctor and even locked eyes with her and her patient, while I'm in the restroom I hear the front desk and the doctor talking about me in a very unprofessional manner, while including other patients who we're located in the lobby. This was a horrible experience and I cancelled my visit. They really made me feel uncomfortable. There was a lady sitting in lobby talking to herself who was a family/friend of the front desk clerk and who just kept repeating everything that patients would say. I don't think that the lobby at chiropractor office is a good place for the unstable mental health friend/family member of workers at this location. This was the most bizarre situation I have ever encountered at a healthcare/wellness facility in my life. Please fix this location immediately. read more

Been having back pains for almost a week now, then I saw The Joint Chiropractic, called before going in Receptionist Noah is very professional and friendly!! So thankful I came in, I had been experiencing terrible neck pain for a few weeks and decided to come here to see if they had time to take a look. Dr. Aaron was able to fit me in immediately and not only took care of my neck pain but also discovered an issue with my hip and fixed me right up. Thank you Dr. Aaron for helping me feel refreshed and new again! read more

I just adore Dr Aaron. He is personable and professional. I consistently get excellent adjustments and he is atune to my needs as a patient.

If your looking for a friendly and comfortable chiropractor this is the place/location to try! I've been coming to this location for a month now and I absolutely love coming here. Affordable prices and they are very knowledgeable for what needs you need for yourself and they make a treatment plan that works just for you to help any type of pain your feeling. I always feel better after I'm finished and it doesn't even take long, 10 minutes tops and I'm on my way back to finish other errands I need to finish for the day. I've noticed a difference mentally and physically in seeing them for a single month! So come here, it will be worth it! read more

They have top notch chiropractors, however they last time ipayed 160+ dollars for two treatments they continued to attack my debit card and relentlessly called text on and on with different people saying I owed and owed. I had to tell my bank to block them twice. This is is really too bad, because they have some great talent, but I'm disabled and don't make much money. read more

Saw this place going in a few months ago when I was out running errands. At the time, I had a chiropractor already whom I was a regular with. Well, things happen you know, and I stopped going to that place. I've been in a lot of pain the last few weeks, and had done my best to self treat at home. Finally I caved. I hopped on Google and started searching for recommending chiropractors in the area. Then I was like, wait - there is that new place by Fred Meyer! 10 minutes later, I was on my way. My boyfriend actually decided to come with me to get an adjustment as well, even though he also has a different regular chiropractor he sees. Walked in to a large, open, waiting room, and was greeted with a huge smile from a nice lady behind the desk - who we then found was currently in training - super nice. Her trainer came out and we informed her we were new, and she was super helpful in getting us all the paperwork and answering our 500 questions. Was very professional and friendly with both us and her trainee. The doctor was very professional, friendly, and communicative; made sure pressure wasn't too hard or soft, and walking me through medical terms I have never heard before. A few pops and cracks, and man, I feel so much better. We initially had both come in just for the first visit to see how we liked it, and obviously to get feeling better. We ended up buying a 2 Month plan because we enjoyed the environment and experience so much. We will see you guys again in a few days! read more

The female receptionist is discourteous & unwelcoming, i thought she was gonna be nice the second time around but NOPE. No Hi's, no thank you, NOTHING. She was just staring at me, waiting for me to say something?! I feel like i checked in myself! SMH! She was really nice and friendly with other people though. Hmmmmm. I am not going back here! Period! The 2 male receptionists are AWESOME though..very helpful & kind!!! Please keep them!!! Also the Chiropractors are GREAT!! read more

I have been going to the joint for years... This location off and on for a couple months. Last adjustment two days ago I was a lil tight through my hips and lower back. So the guy adjusts me... HARD. I immediately feel a pinch in my lower back. I tell him... He helps me stand up and I try to bend forward towards my toes... sharp pinch... Again I tell him... he states and i quote "I don't know why your all adjusted now" Fast forward to a couple hours later I am in EXTREME pain. I can not even sit down without pain shooting up my back and down my leg, bending isnt an option, twisting isnt an option, laying perfectly straight and standing hurt, my lower back is swollen... I call the 24 hr nurse line with my insurance I schedule and appt for next day with PCP... couple hours later I have iced taken Ibuprofen now I am experiencing numbness in my right foot and calf...and pain is unbearable. Call back the nurse they send me to ER. I get a neurological exam and they send me up for an MRI. I now have a bulging disk L4 and L5. I have never EVER had issues like this... so now I am on all sorts of steroids and muscle relaxers... and I was there all night from like 12 am which was about 7 hrs after adjustment to 8am. They were concerned about me developing Cauda equina syndrome (CES) from the trauma of the adjustment. Y'all thats serious... NOT HAPPY with this place at all. read more

I'm so glad they opened this location near me! I started going here as of a month ago & really love the staff & Dr's! Rachel the front door lady is really nice and very informative. The office is always really clean and always smells fresh. My favorite part about this place is that each time I see different doctors who have different methods of preforming which I really enjoy so it's different each time! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

I was skeptical of chiropractic therapy when I first started going (like many people). I can pop my back with a good twist, why do I need a "doctor" to do it for me? I was wrong, and I'm glad I happen to pick this location (Renton/Benson). If my first experience had been like some of the other places I've been, I wouldn't have discovered how effective it can be. I've been to a few different Joint's, and the doctors at this location are hands down the best! I usually see either Dr. Aaron or Dr. Matt who are both amazing, as are the other docs. I have chronic neck issues, and every time I come in, it's near instant relief. Other places, I can't get no satisfaction. The front desk staff, Austin and Rachel, are equally awesome and I've always had a good experience coming here. If you need a chiropractor, and this location is convenient, consider yourself lucky and go! read more

I have been going here for about a year and look forward to my weekly appointments. The entire staff is awesome. They have helped me feel better in my back and neck. I also really love coming in after long trips in the car - there's nothing like getting adjusted after you've been stuck in a car for a long time. All of the doctors and wellness coordinators are so personable and helpful. They remember things about you personally, which always puts me at ease when they are about to crack my back. read more

So easy. No appointments needed. Great chiropractors. Very short wait times if any. I highly recommend!

I have dealt with migraines for more than 20 years. After nothing else had worked I tried chiropractic. My neck was so tight and I had bulging lumps on the back of my head. After the first visit there was already so much pain relief and the lumps have gone down drastically. Almost smooth. I am still a work in progress with various issues but felt a difference after the first visit. Thank you to Dr. Aaron for allowing me to start to feel normal again. read more

Dr. McVeigh and the wellness coordinator at the front desk, Rachael are wonderful. Rachael went out of her way to make sure I got the teacher's discount and Dr. McVeigh has consistently given me the best care for my chronic issues. read more

Dr. Mcviegh was amazing! He got me out of pain and gave me the much needed relief that I was seeking. Can't wait until my next visit!

I've been to a few different chiropractic offices and I've even been to different Joint locations. This one, by far, has been my favorite. Mohammed has been my chiropractor of choice and each time I stop in he does such a great job of working through my personal plan. I've never felt like we're just following the 'pop and pray' method. Each time we gauge my progress and set new goals. It's been great. read more
