IT's A SCAM!!! Worst chiropractic clinic I've ever experienced. First of all the staff is more concerned with paperwork than patients. The doctors don't know basic procedures that other doctors have used on me in the past. No x-rays to determine or evaluate what they are even treating. They get you to sign up for recurring payments then won't cancel your "membership" even when requested. Don't even sign up to begin with and go to a real chiropractic doctor. read more

Chiropractor today was a bi** to me. Treated me like a child and on top of that, put 3 people in front of me. Would have been 4 but the guy didn't do paperwork prior. Due to that, she said who do I have next to Trinity - she said my name, I looked up and the Chiropractor and her ass was looking at the older gentleman as if to tell him to standup, you're next - he clearly came in 30 minutes after me. When I stood up, the look she gave me had me feeling uncomfortable. From her sunglasses comment to the disgusting ass attitude about my pain since my first deployment, she didn't want to hear it but I can't be mad, why tf would she understand military even though they blast the "appreciation." This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and Dr Ed made me feel super comfortable through the whole visit. I went in for a quick adjustment and will definitely be back for monthly adjustments. They do not accept insurance but they seem to be pretty affordable for a one off adjustment. They offer memberships too if you are interested. read more

I never been to a Chiropractor before met Dr Fountain. I had some neck stiffness from and old pool accident decades ago. In 2 sessions I was able to move my neck fluidly and have a better range of motion! It was better than excepted and my lower back gets pinched nerves occasionally but she aligned it well! Dr. Fountain is the best! She was the first doctor that made me feel heard after I had a back injury from working out. After months of physical therapy, pain medication, a pain injection, xrays and more, the only thing that showed constant improvement of my problem was coming here and getting the chiropractic treatment! I go weekly and feel instant relief afterwards. I can finally say I do not have pain daily and I know the tightness will improve with more sessions. The check in is really easy as well. Saved my life! I had really bad back & hip pain for months so bad I could barely move, I was desperate after trips to the dr & trying every stretch in the world did nothing for me. The drs are great here and Im so grateful for them, however each dr is different so make sure you speak up & let them know what you like, I prefer the drs that use more strength. You can request specific drs if they are there which I recommend. The first & 2nd week I went 3xs a week & then had an mri which showed I had 2 bulged discs in my lower back as well as degeneration. I continued to go because it was the most relief I had felt in months, I signed up for the monthly plan and Im so glad I did, it took about 3 months of chiro & hanging from a pull up bar daily to get me back to almost normal. I came to this place for a pains I've had in my legs knees neck and back, the first couple of visits never really fixed anything and I was kinda like maybe it takes some time but nope , just felt the same and the dr I seen dr Pham would only work on me for less than 5 minutes always and yet there dr by the entrance would have people for like 15 20 minutes so I was always like so I just canceled my card with with because I honestly feel the same and my neck hurts at times so I don't recommend them at all and that dr as well I give it minus 10 stars read more

I see all the 5 star reviews, and I'm happy for you guys. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. I thought I was getting someone who knew what they were doing, but ended up making my ailment worse. After getting an adjustment and having my shoulder worked on (Saturday morning), I couldn't move my arm for 2 days, plus had a lot more pain than I had going in. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't do anything with it. On Monday morning, I went to a real chiropractor, and he knew immediately what the problem was, and was able to fix it. And, I was told something totally different about what was wrong. I have now been going to therapy for the week (and will continue to do so), but it wouldn't have been as bad, had the person helping me at The Joint had known what they were doing. I have been going to this location for about 2-3 months now & I cannot even stress how awesome it is!!! The staff is the best! The receptionist are so nice and welcoming, they always have a smile on, which I love. The actual clinic is very clean. I have seen 3 Chiropractic Docs there, they were all very helpful and knowledgable, but my favorite is Dr. Shay!! She is too good! She always fixes me up! I started bringing my 11 year old daughter here a few months ago. She is a competitive cheerleader and began complaining of some mild discomfort. Dr. Ami(Fountain) sees her and is always so sweet. She genuinely cares and always asks how she is doing, how she is feeling and gives great advice if we have questions. Occasionally I'll be in another area and ask if we can just go to that location for convenience and my daughter says, "No, only Dr. Ami can do my adjustments." We love The Joint Park West. read more

I am older who has had lower back & sciata pain my entire life. Especially with sitting & trying to get up out of a chair my lower back and legs would stay sore forever. Heard about this business on the radio & decided to make an appointment. To my amazement after just one adjustment with walking out to my car I had instant relief, all body pain disappeared and felt instantly wonderful. Then with each adjustment from Dr Fountain my lower back, sciata & body pain and discomfort is gone!! For the 1st time in years and years I feel like a new person with a new body!!! Nice place very friendly staff. The Doctor made sure I understood what was going on and his plan for treatment. I will return and see if it helps out my lower back pain and will update as I progress. The doctor's at this location are wonderful. They take the time to really adjust you. They check your feet, shoulders, wrist, just about anything you can think of. They are so smart not just in thier practice but with all daily life activities that can improve your health. They helped me through my whole pregnacy and they even adjust my baby son. The reception is so friendly and they are easy to joke with. I don't know how many times I forgo my wallet, phone or water and they run it out to me. read more

Dr Poff is amazing, he adjusted my back and gave me stretches to help the leg pain. I finally got sleep a full nights sleep and didn't wake up through out the night in my usual pain.
