Been a member for a few years since I have a desk job so my back and neck can get tight and this has personally helped me a lot. I started going recently to this location specifically for Dr. Serio. She is great and really is tuned in to the adjustments I need. The facility is very nice and clean. Something to consider is that you cannot make an appointment so it's first come first serve which means you could be waiting for 5 minutes or sometimes up to 45 minutes. Sometimes they are offering new patient specials so you are able to give it a try without the commitment. read more

I still have 3 treatments left and they charged me a day ago for more and I called them and they WOULDN'T refund! A complete waste of money. I just went in because my neck is so out that I can't turn my head (which happens to me a fair amount). The lady used some useless tool, never popped my neck manually and told me I was fixed. NOTHING POPPED. I STILL CANT TURN MY HEAD. I've been going to the chiropractor for over 25 years and I've never had anyone physically not pop my neck and then tell me I'm "fixed." I told her that nothing was better and she told me that I need to "de-stress." Seriously? How about you actually do your job! This place is a complete joke. read more

Have been here several times for lower back pain... no complaints with the previous treatments and they helped my condition. Yesterday I tweaked my lower back just getting out of bed. Went in today and checked a pain level of 7 to 8 out of 10 on their form. The doctor came out to the lobby and told me my pain level was too high for him to work on me, per their company policy. So I guess they just want to work on people who aren't feeling bad. I won't be back. (No pun intended)---- Update: 1/9/23. Decided to go back since pain level was down a bit. Not happy. Was in the office, already checked in, was told, Oops, We are sorry, we close for lunch in 6 minutes, can you come back in 45 minutes? You have a patient standing right in front of you. There are no other patients in the office. Your Dr's are STANDING UP FRONT chatting up the receptionist. This is customer service? Lunch hours can't be staggered? You can't see a patient for an adjustment because lunch is going to start soon? Sorry, don't go to this location. They could care less about " their" patient! read more

All I can say is don't go here unless you want EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. My first visit with Dr. Bronson I explained to him I was very nervous, I am only 20 so not extremely educated with chiropractics but I just recently had a child and having extreme back pain due to post pregnancy and getting an epidural. Dr. Bronson immediately started treating me like I was doing something wrong and shaking his head at me, making me feel uncomfortable when I was telling him how I feel.... He proceeded to treat me with complete disrespect even told me "If your looking for a drug handout I don't have anything for you" at that moment I felt shocked/surprised because I have never had anyone treat me in such a rude manner when I came in I thought I was going to get adjusted and helpful treatment but left in tears and uncomfortable pain. I will never recommend anyone to Dr.Bronson after being treated the way I was. read more

Long time joint customer. Came to this location for the first time while visiting. Lower back was sore after a 7 hour road trip to AZ. Chronic L4,L5, S1 pain that I have been getting adjusted for over 15 years. Came in and explained to the Doctor what my issue was. He then proceeded to have me sit on a chair which I thought was to check my spine. Instead he checked my jaw and proceeded to spend my entire appointment using this pressure device on my jaw and shoulders saying my issues were from TMJ. Never addressing my lower back or back pain. A lot of little things that add up to terrible patient care and customer service. They comingled my records with my minor daughter's and can't seem to straighten them out. They periodically tell me that I haven't been there in a long time, when I have, and then they tell me they were looking at the wrong record (really?!). I lost an earring about a month ago and called them immediately to let them know I lost it, they told me they flipped over the table and looked everywhere for it. I checked in every few days for a week before I filed an insurance claim. When I went in 2 weeks after I lost the earring, I found it on the floor under the table when I was laying face-down. They clearly hadn't cleaned under the table in 2 weeks! Yuck!! Do yourself a favor and skip this location. read more

Employee Claudia doesn't care about people or if this business has customers. She very rudely refused to see a new patient. I came in at 5:45. She said she already has a new patient so I can't be seen because that puts me past 6:00. Even though it was 5:45. I asked where that policy was online and she said it isn't. So she refused to see a customer based on a made up policy. I asked if I came back the next day how would I know if I could get in. She said come only at 10am. When I said I could only come in the evening she said then go somewhere else. How do you employ a person who tells your customers to go somewhere else. If you need a chiropractor do not go here. They will not help and will be extremely rude and combative for no reason. read more

Dr. Bronson is rude, unprofessional, and solidified that I'll never return. Came as a new patient for the first time ever and will never be back. The girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly, she set a good first impression. Then I was called back and it's like my mere presence was a nuisance to Dr. Bronson. He is rushing through everything, sighing, rolling his eyes, asking me to turn on the table with attitude, all around rude. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Told me everything was my fault because of posture but offered no comments on how to improve, only to sell his monthly plan. Thank god they had a special for the first visit to be free. I used to love this office when Dr. Chong and Dr. Smith were there. But immediately following my 1st adjustment with Dr. Roeder I cancelled my membership. She spent more time trying to impress me by talking about herself and all of her professional accomplishments than she did actually focusing on me and my concerns. She did the very bare minimum when it came to actual chiropractic care. It's a shame because I loved the hours and the convenience of this location. Dr Bronson: please retire! I was scared you would do harm on my adjustment. It was the most aggressive and painful experience I have ever had. I cried out in pain and you did nothing. You did not listen to my problems and once you found out I was a medical provider you acted like it was a pissing contest on anatomy. You lack professionalism and are out of communication with your clients. I felt you wanted to dominate me, as a female I felt degraded. Leave your practice before you do any more harm! I refer patients to your practice, now I will not. Dr Bradley (Matt) and Dr Miller are excellent. read more

I went to The Joint on Happy Valley last week for an adjustment and was taken back by the way I was talked to. I have been going to them on a as needed basis. Most of the Dr's I like and do a good job. But this Dr. instantly started his sales pitch on packages and that I need to see him weekly or I will never get better. Duh. I understand that however if you want my business don't talk to me like I'm an idiot. I will come in when I feel it's necessary and I know how my body works and responds, I have had my body for a long time. I come in to get adjusted and that's all. I go to The Joint Chiropractic most weeks due to back problems, but will not use this office as long as Dr Roeder is there. Use to love this office. Dr Loafer and Dr Smith along with some others were great. Stopped using this location after trying Dr Roeder on 2 different occasions. She's very full of herself, very interested in setting multiple appoints per week; and insisted on adjusting my neck with twisting/cracking even though I told her nothing but pressure adjustments due to a cervical fusion. read more
