I will preface this with..I've been a member of The Joint since 2016 and I go to the joint roughly 1x a week where I live. When I walked in I was greeted by 2 young ladies who informed me that it's been way too long since I filled out the intake form - I begrudgingly took the iPad and filled it out which by the way isn't very user friendly. This Joint is super busy and they had 2 docs on this particular day (along with the 2 front desk workers). I informed them that I didn't care who I saw...but then I saw people who had walked in after me (multiple people) who were called back to see a doc before I was. I went to the front to ask and they thought I wanted to see the 1 specific doc. So now after 30+ minutes I was able to see Dr John - he was very friendly and definitely helped my maintenance adjustment but couldn't adjust my mid section like my hometown doc. read more

Got a call not from the manager but their messenger because hey why talk to the people paying for your services. They refuse to refund the extra two billing cycles for my both of us. So they hold strong to the no refund policy but are lenient on the lying to the customers face to provide a sense of false expectations. Shame on me for trusting a business, next time I will get it in writing. If you do anything with this company . Get it in writing otherwise it never happened . Completely stunned in the bs. It won't let me respond to the business reply so typing here. I did call, I left a message and got a call back from someone who has no authority except repeat your scripted words you just typed. I was bold faced lied to with false information. No one seems to be able to contact me with any actual answer and the policy for your staffs commitment to something that shouldn't have been committed to. I always see Dr Jeff when I go to the Viera The Joint and the office staff is always outstanding. They know my name they greet me by my name so does Dr Jeff. I've seen chiropractors for many years in the past, but eventually stopped going. I found myself in a place where I was in a ton of pain and couldn't take it anymore, so I walked into The Joint. I love their setup. I walked in without an appointment and was assessed and adjusted immediately. They don't do appointments, so I can drop in whenever is convenient for me, which I love. I've never had to wait long to be seen. They don't do the whole health insurance thing, which I LOVE. I have a high deductible insurance plan, so going to the chiro used to be kind of expensive. The Joint is WAY cheaper than what I'd pay with my insurance at another office. Also, Dr. Jeff gives me some of the best adjustments I've ever had. I've seen about 5 other chiros in my life and Dr. Jeff is easily one of the best. I work my schedule around his when I need an adjustment because I have no desire to try anyone else. I have never been interested in going to a chiropractor in my life. When I couldn't stand or sit down with out extreme pain on Saturday I figured it was worth a shot. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding and in 15 minutes I was signed up and ready to see the Dr. He walked me through what he was going to do and took time to explain how it would help. The key fob system for check in makes it quick and easy to allow for a fast check in and get you on your way. Three days later and 2 more Pops from the Doc and I can sit down and sleep again. I have been going to The Joint for chiropractic care now for quite a while. While there are many locations under one name the facility that I use is located at Lake Washington. There Dr. Dan and Dr. Martin are 100% professional with can-do hands-on caring chiropractic care. I walk in limping at times and leave skipping with pain-free therapy. Being new to the area it was so rewarding to find a great chiropractor so fast. My family transferred here from Santa Barbara, California and we were very happy with our chiropractor there, so it was such a relief to check this Joint out and receive such high quality care. The Dr was highly knowledgeable, and answered all my questions patiently. He was careful to follow my chart to the 'T' as far as my preferences went, and was kind when I mentioned a different area of concern. His method of adjusting me was gentle and accurate, and not jolting or harsh at all as some lesser experienced chiros can be. This establishment obviously knows that good communication, courtesy, and great care go a long way because that's what I received each time I've come back.
