They have good prices and the doctor explains what's going on with your body by telling him your symptoms.

I would NEVER recommend this chiropractor to anybody. I went to see them Saturday, November 18, 2023, with a minor ache in my shoulder. I had to stop the adjustment half way through because the "So Called" Doctor pushed too hard on my back and caused extreme pain in my chest causing me to break out in a sweat and feel extremely nauseous. The Chiropractor then tried pushing it off to where I don't drink enough water...whatever. I drink more than the suggested amount of wter based on my weight. I went to the Urgent care and luckily nothing is broken but I do have severe bruising on my sternum. NEVER go to The Joint.....always go to a trusted private practice. read more

Hello Dr. Jake said he wasn't Jesus and, while that may be true, I am a millions time better than when I walked in this morning. I had been in excruciating pain from an accident on the stairs but he gently adjusted me and fixed me right up. He also has a funny sense of humor so he put me right at ease. I was a former patient there but had moved out of the area. My new chiropractor is out of town for the 4th of July holiday so I happily drove the 90 miles to visit this location since they've always taken such good care of me. Thank you so much! read more

It was absolutely this location where this happened to me. I was seen by Dr. Smith 12DEC20. I just found out he lied on my patient record stating he never manipulated my neck. From what I gathered he no longer works there, but upon learning he falsified patient notes, I will be launching a formal complaint against him personally. read more

Everyone has different needs but OMG the dr here moved my back and neck ways that that most people can not. I didnt get his name but I am guessing from feedback it was Dr Jake, and if your a big guy like me I can not suggest him enough. He does not have a great bed side manner nor is he overly conversational but I did not feel he was rude. The dr is built like a profession QB and just forced my stuck neck and back right into movement. I would go back any time and wish I lived in Loveland just for his adjustments. read more

I have been going to the joint for about 4 months and after today I'm no longer a member. One of the chiropractors Scott does an AMAZING job and is a very sweet professional man. His coworker jake on the other hand is unprofessional and extremely aggressive while adjusting. He's an arrogant person that definitely doesn't have a work side. Brought my teenage son in for the first time with a strained neck, ended up purchasing youth plan (two months of visits, which receptionist explained was basically 8 visits with leeway of period--didn't have to be once a week (he had sports 6 days a week so difficult to squeeze in with their limited hours). I spoke w her and changed another appt specifically to have him try Dr.Scott tho it was a less convenient time for me to get him, only to find after that he was seen by a different chiro. Then called to make what I thought was 7th appt of paid plan, and was told the plan is hard dates and expired (not as receptionist had said, who apparently was fired or quit since). Then spoke with owner, who chose shortsightedly to quote the "fine print" and stick with that rather than honor what we were told/paid for, regardless of employee's error he is owner and had the power. I recently walk into the Loveland office and spoke with both the receptionist and Jake, the Chiropractor. I came in to learn about whether or not I am a good candidate for Chiropractic care. I explained my story to the receptionist and she was very warm, caring and supportive about my concerns. Things changed when my husband and I walked back to talk with Jake, the chiropractor. Let me go back 5 years. I had 30 bolts and 2 rods placed in my spine to fuse T-1 through L-3 to correct Scoliosis. It was the BEST thing I have ever done. However; I get a tight and sore neck periodically and I wanted to ensure I could safely receive chiropractic services. As I tried to explain my situation and ask my questions, Jake constantly interrupted as if he knew my story. He did not. He attempted to guess my age and guessed 51, because of my story. He stated that woman have back issues around puberty, pregnancy and during menopause and clearly I had gone through all three and since women go through menopause at 50, I must be 51. WHAT???? All of this and he had not let me finish a sentence. Oh , and I am 40! He also insisted, without even touching me, examining me etc that I needed 3-5 treatments a week for life. WHAT???? Jake clearly wants money and not to actually help his clients. And to top everything off, he said the 'F' word multiple times and actually threw out the middle finger twice. And again I ask, WHAT??? Thanks to this one time experience, I will never recommend or go to The Joint. Apparently Jake never learned that first impressions are extremely important, patients like to be listened to and you never guess a woman's age unless you guess low! Very disappointing!!!! read more

I have had difficulty with neck and hip problems for over 20 years. I moved away to Loveland Colorado and while shopping I noticed a new business called The Joint. I decided to check them out and decided to go ahead and have an adjustment. Dr. Scott is the owner and was very nice and welcoming but the best part was such an adjustment that was outstanding! Now my husband and I have been seeing him and Dr. Ryan for over three years for weekly adjustment. Fantastic! read more

It was my first time going to a Chiropractor, they welcomed me with open arms. I had a pain in mid to lower back whenever I layed down, accompanied with migraine headaches. He did range of motion with me, then i showed him where i was having pain. He did several techniques to pop me, in my back and my neck. While the chiropractic care was good if you get Dr Scott, one of the chiropractors told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I needed to get x-Rays instead. I decided to cancel my membership before my billing cycle and was told that it wasn't a 30 day notice. Be careful going here if they treat people that way. I know I will be filming a BBB complaint and a credit card complaint as well. read more

I decided to give them a try since I a trusted friend told me they really helped her. My experience is not as great. At my first visit, I had to fill out a very extensive questionnaire, which I didn't mind at first because I thought that would me they would be very thorough. I'm annoyed now that I had to fill out such a long form because I'm pretty sure it was never looked at again once my info was entered into the system. I explained to the first doctor where my issues first began, how they have responded to treatments in the past and what is currently bothering me. The doctor didn't ask me any questions, just nodded and said "uh huh" while he was glancing at my file. He they proceeded with the adjustment (before doing any sort of exam or gait analysis - I have hip issues). He only adjusted 2 of the 3 problem areas I listed and then asked me to walk down the hall for him so he could do a gait analysis. I'm not sure what he compared it to (as he hadn't watched me walk earlier) but he assured me there was much improvement. I assumed he had more adjustments to do (like the 3rd problem area...) as he asked me to sit on the table again but then he just brought out laminated sheets about pricing packages and explained that to me. I asked him how often should I come in for adjustments based on today? His answer was "whenever you feel like you need it." Which I thought was strange, especially since they made such a big deal about how the "absence of pain does not mean there isn't a problem." (How would I know there is a problem if I'm not feeling pain?) I then left and overall felt a slight improvement from the adjustment made but not as good as I could have felt (as compared to other chiropractors I have been adjusted by). I was skeptical to go again but decided to give them another shot, maybe the Dr was having an off day, maybe I got they only "crappy" one, etc... I show up for visit two, scan my card and have a seat. A Dr. comes up front, asks me the reason for my visit. I half-jokingly say "everything hurts...well the top and bottom hurt a lot, the middle isn't so bad." The Dr jokes back, assuring me he will adjust everything for me, even the middle. I lay down on the table and, again, with no exam or further questioning of symptoms, he begins his adjustments. Three separate adjustments were made while I was on the table and my neck was adjusted when I sat up. The whole experience lasted less then 10 minutes and I had absolutely no resolution of pain, immediately or in the time to come. In conclusion, The Joint may have the chiropractors for you, but I personally felt like just a number. It's hard to trust a doctor you've never met nor does any sort of history taking or physical exam before treating the problem. It wouldn't be so bad if the treatment was effective but combine the lack of a personal touch and the fact that you are still in the same place medically as when you walked in the door and it's not worth it at all. read more

I cancelled my monthly membership Jan 2017. When I checked my HSA balance the 1st of Jan 2018, I noticed my membership was never cancelled. I inquired about this and was informed it had not been cancelled. So I had to cancel AGAIN. I requested a refund for the 12 months they debited my checking account illegally and was told I needed to speak with Shar (the office manager/bookkeeper). I spoke with her and she said would look into a refund. She has yet to get back to me, 5 months later, even after leaving over a dozen messages for her. I was not given a receipt at the time I cancelled as there was no receptionist on duty, only the doctor, so I left the signed form on the desk as instructed by the Dr......so Ihave no proof........even though they can see in the system, I never went in for an adjustment the entire year. It's apparent THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN MAKING THINGS RIGHT OR EVEN EXTENDING THE PROFESSIONAL COURTESY TO RETURN CALLS. Of course, they will hunt you down should you owe them money. It's too bad, cuz the Dr's are great. Just the way the business is being handled, is beyond POOR! My other half cancelled his membership this month due to this. read more
