Dr. Christian at Colorado Mills was my doctor, and he is fantastic... I have seen him twice, and both times, he was super at what he does... Dr, Christian is the only Chiropractor that I have found in 30 years that meets my needs, and I have been to many, here in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada... This is the pure whole truth.... I dont wish to see any other Chiropractor, as most are into the New Age Techniques, and that just does not work....I found the Joint strictly by accident, but I will be spreading the word to anyone needing Chiropractic Care...That is for sure, and I wll mention Dr. Christian when doing so... I want to add that Dr. Christian is the only Chiropractor in years that has been able to get my neck inline, and in my way of thinking, that is a big plus.... read more

Dropped in to this location while traveling for work, 6 visits for 200$ not terrible considering it was a necessity. The doctor here was knowledgeable and spent a good about of time with me. The wait can be long at times since the times I've been in there is only one chiropractor so be aware of that. Other wise would recommend. read more

Garbage!! Told the lady who booked me I was in an auto accident and I needed checked out for insurance. Was told to make an appointment for the next day. Went to my appointment, where I started again that it was for insurance because of an accident. Was told to fill out paperwork and wait. 30 minutes filling out papers before having to wait just to be told by the Dr. That he couldn't even look at me despite me taking the day off because they said they could. You're in and your out all fixed up! It's fast and a quick process I don't know about you but I hate waiting at Drs offices. I just like to go in and out in a flash! And the plus side is that you walk out adjusted and feeling better! The Drs here are very knowledgeable and very quick to pick up what's going on and what to adjust. I have been to many chiropractors in my life and for the first time, I feel SO comfortable with Dr. Kerry at the Lakewood JOINT on 14680 W. Colfax, Lakewood, CO. I have a chronic neck problem and always worry about the manipulation of my neck. Dr. Kerry is so gentle and also extremely knowledgeable of issues I have questioned him about! Short and painless trip! The receptionist got me to see my chiropractor and was very friendly. Mel was my chiropractor and took very good care of me. He told me exactly what he was doing and had a gentle but firm touch. I was in and out in 5 minutes and thoroughly enjoyed it all. I left refreshed and with a smile on my face. Initially I liked the ease and convenience of The Joint and the chiropractors there. So much so that I continued to go after one chiropractor messed my back up worse being too forceful despite my requests and lots of notes in my patient file that with my scoliosis I preferred only certain gentle adjustments. However, with the chiropractors changing so frequently and inconsistent treatment, and therefore results, I switched to rolfing and other therapies that are more effective long term but continued to pay my monthly membership fees to be able to use The Joint if my back got out or I had any pain. Fast forward to today and despite being charged monthly fees for years, they refuse your service and require you to do a 40+ minute new intake appointment to be seen if you haven't been in for 12 months. That makes sense and I respect that but then the company shouldn't charge your credit card if they're not going to serve you despite your monthly payments. So it truly feels like a scam and a class action waiting to happen. read more

I have never been to a chiropractor before. I work at a desk and was having a lot of pain in my neck. I did there $29 first appointment and was blown away. My doctor aligned my neck shoulders and hips and I have never felt better! I actually signed up for the monthly membership! The place was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The concept for this place is awesome. Someone who needs to get their "back popped" is going to have to go more than one time to fully correct their joints and everything. 1x per week or 2-3x per month is typical for at least a few months when first getting adjusted. I have been living with back pain for years! I have had massages and it just seems to make my back feel good for about a day! I was apprehensive about going to a chiropractor but thought maybe just maybe it will help!! Dr. Marshall is amazing!! He listened to all my issues and concerns and talked me through everything he was about to adjust! I walked out of the office a bit sore but I woke up this morning pain free!! I began experiencing horrible pain with my sciatic nerve randomly on Wednesday. Not sure what the best approach was I opted for a massage first, which although it felt amazing, it did not fix the problem, and cost much more than I anticipated. Finally, on Friday, after missing two days of work, I decided I should see a chiropractor. I have been to one before but it had been years, so I wasn't sure what to expect. After searching all day on yelp for the best reviews, I decided upon this location. Mainly because they stay open late and take walk ins, plus the reviews were all pretty positive. I arrived at the office around 6pm and was out of there by 6:45! The paper work was somewhat tedious but nothing more than you would expect from a medical office. I was in considerable amount of pain and praying this would be the answer to my prayers.... And man is was! Dr. Marshall was so friendly, and informed me of what he was doing and why. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with his abilities. Two adjustments and 5 min later, my confidence was confirmed! Dr. Marshall truly knows what he is doing, and I felt almost immediate relief. I couldn't be happier that I came to this office, in fact I signed up for the monthly membership, which by the way is unbelievably reasonable! I get regular chiropractor adjustments in my home town, but didn't have time to get an adjustment before heading to Denver for an out of town flight. This was my first time to the joint and I was quite surprised at how rough and forceful my adjustment was. I mean it was painful. The receptionist told me that some people like that style, but it was so drastically different than all of the other chiropractors I'd been to. Definitely too rough for me. read more

I really love this company and this specific location! My boyfriend had never been to a chiropractor before and I referred him here. Now he goes more than I do. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes here, they get you in quickly, pop things you didn't even realize needed popping and send you on your way. I always leave here feeling so much more refreshed. Everyone here is very friendly and I love the variety of chiropractors that work here. They all have different techniques and I've learned what works for my body and what doesn't. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. My neck was completely locked up with no range of motion and severe pain on a Saturday morning. I am thankful this center was available to see me right away, and I was very impressed by the level of quality care that Dr. Marshall provided. I just had another adjustment today and am feeling mostly better! I'm a tough person to adjust, and he's successfully done so with relative ease. The price is fair, and I will certainly be returning as needed. The only thing that could make this place any better is if they provided some physiotherapies like ultrasound or laser, but I suppose that's how they keep their price so fair. I have been here a few times in the last 3 yrs. It was always very satisactory. I received a birthday email for a free adjustment & was in today to have it done. There were 4 other people in the waiting room. As the girl at the front desk pulled up my account, she blurted out that I had a past due bill of $39 from a visit in March of 2017, & that I couldn't have my free adjustment until I paid it, loud enough that everyone could hear. I told her I always pay my bill, but if it was due, why didn't I get a bill or a phone call in the last year plus? She said that they do not have a billing system. I told her that was a very inefficient way of doing business. I told her that she made me feell like a criminal, in front of all these folks & that I was sure that I didn't owe it, but that I would pay it out of good faith. I have to tell you Dr Sang is a miracle worker. I have had several surgeries on my leg and ankle that has left me with severe sciatic pain and numbness in my leg. This place is great. Convenient locations (near my work), convenient hours, and their staff are super nice. Great adjustment, good price, awesome timing! Last winter I slipped on rocks and smacked my head. After going to the urgent care for get patched up, The Joint was my first stop to put the "non-superficial" wounds back into place. I love the concept of the Joint, they have inexpensive adjustments. The two doctors I've seen are amazing no matter the day! However the new front desk girl Evonne is lacking experience and personality to be in this position. Was she not only rude to me but she was rude to the doctor. It took her over 20 minutes to figure out how to process the payment. You can't train someone to have a good personality this job isn't a good fit for her. read more

This is the first chiropractic place I have been to and the last I will go to. I went in and got pressured into doing a plan with them, which was a big mistake on my part. After my first couple adjustments I lost flexibility and the pain got worse. This is extremely frustrating to me because I am young dancer, and it has made dancing more challenging to me. I decided to stop going and started to work on regaining my flexibility. When I went in to cancel they gladly canceled for me and I went on my way. Now a month later I come to find out they are still charging me and aren't returning my money. When I called to ask about it they said I will be charged for next month too until I am out of their system, but can still come in for adjustments (Oh thanks I would love to pay for you to hurt me more). I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have worked customer service for a long time and won't be surprised when this place goes under for the way they treat their customers. read more

I would seriously be cautious about signing up with this particular office. I signed up when Dr. Sang was here because he was great. He left due to conflicts with the owner. The next doctor refused to do anything I asked of him that I knew would help me and gave me a treatment that did not help at all. But that precipitated my move to another office where I found a doctor that has helped me greatly. Needless to say this office in Lakewood receives all of the payment and the other office receives practically none even though they are treating me weekly. When I moved I tried to transfer my account and was told that I had not moved far enough away. When I put my account on hold due to a family emergency in another state for 5 weeks and then tried to reopen my account the receptionist here was more then happy to take my money TWICE, once when I came back and 2 weeks later. I was told that since I missed one month of payments that they had to do it that way. The she LAUGHED at me. I refused to leave until she changed the billing date because I would be shorted out of half of my treatments due to her ineptitude. I have since cancelled my account here but had to give 60 days notice instead of 30 days as stated in the contract because of the billing date issue and the 5 week hold on my account. Be very cautious! This is a great concept but if you try to change offices you will run into great difficulties! read more

My husband and I are regular clients at The Joint and we recently had a very poor experience at the Colorado Mills location. We came in to get adjusted 10 minutes before closing. We were greeted by the receptionist, Anna, in an extreme hurry and she said, "If you can hurry up, he needs to go!" My husband said, "It's 10 minutes until closing. You're open until 7pm." Dr. Rowland responded by saying, "Not on Mondays, we close at 6:50!" Dr. Rowland was standing near the desk and already had his bike gear on and was preparing to walk out the door. He was agitated and proceeded to adjust us in an abrupt, hurried, unprofessional manner. He commented that he was now late and would have to catch a bus that ran 30 min. later. He was forceful and obviously angry and seemed to want to get the message across that we should never come at this time on a Monday night in the future. He adjusted my neck with such force that I felt as though I walked out of there with whiplash! It was a horrible experience. We were shocked and stunned and physically felt abused. read more
