Since my regular chiropractor was not available and with my feeling a lot of hip pain I made a same-day appointment at Comprehensive Chiropractic in Lakewood with Dr. Courtney Kelly. After a thorough examination, she massaged some muscle complex in my hip and pelvic area which brought immediate relief After an additional lower spine adjustment, she showed me some stretching exercises to stabilize my hips and back. I felt about 70% immediate relief and now continue on a good path of recovery to get back to Golf and the things that I enjoy. The initial visit including examination and treatment was only $90 with no requirement for a bunch of repeat visits. However, I have scheduled a follow additional visit which will only cost $50. read more

I went to Comprehensive Chiropractic for about 5 years before I moved out of state, and I was able to see all three chiropractors at the practice. I honestly loved the work they do here, and each one has their own way of approaching chiropractic. There were many times where I injured myself, and the team brought me back to health. I will definitely miss their services! read more

Dr John and Dr Brad are awesome! They are super professional and have incredible bedside manners, yet are also very friendly and kind. They give the regular pops, but also have high-tech capabilities. I was in severe pain and they healed me fast. The best part is they are VERY affordable! Lifesavers! read more

Dr. Abbi is great! She listens to my concerns, offers treatment options based on how I'm feeling that day, and is great about providing long-term management ideas that I can do from home. I am a very anxious person and she is always willing to meet me where I'm at and is never forceful. Also impressed with the transparency about how often I should come in; I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as I have in other chiropractic environments, and the adjustment + time until next visit is always catered to how I am feeling that day. read more

I have been to many chiropractors but NONE like this. I have now found my chiro home! Brad and his wife are amazing. They don't just crack you and send you out the door. I threw my back out (for the 4th time) and I have never been back up and at it quicker... Brad teaches you how to treat the issue even while at home to get you back on your feet quicker. Amazing people. I am torn on giving a good review bc if they get too busy then I may not get an appointment when I need it once ya'll realize how great they are lol. No but really,... They are the best. read more

This is by far the best chiropractic care in Denver. My boyfriend is a massage therapist who is particular about who he allows to work on him. Last year he had a herniated disc in his neck but was unable to pinpoint the issue. Dr.Brad worked on him and was able to identify the issue right away. He is doing 100% better now. We have been referring all of our friends and clients to this establishment and they have all been extremely satisfied with their treatments. Dr. Brad and Dr. Roxane are both knowledgeable, professional and easy going. I would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone looking for top notch chiropractic care in a safe, clean, professional and welcoming environment! read more

The team at Comprehensive Chiropractic have taken excellent care of me following being rear ended by two vehicles. Dr. Knox and his wife are very nurturing and great listeners. The adjustments that I have received from Dr. Knox have been done with pinpoint accuracy and he has a way of knowing exactly where I'm hurting just by placing his hands on me. He has great chiropractic vision. He and his wife make an excellent team. The physical therapy that they have offered me is helping tremendously. It's always a pleasure to get treated at their office. I also recommended his office to my brother and I got great feedback from him regarding the treatment that he received at their office. I highly recommend visiting Comprehensive Chiropractic for your chiropractic needs. read more

Wow! NOT you're average Chiros that's for sure. Let me just start by saying I usually don't leave reviews good or bad unless I have an especially amazing or horrible experience and this one qualified for being a great and refreshing experience! I stopped in this clinic on my way through while on a long road trip across the country and after nearly 70 hours of driving and tent camping and my back was killing me. I'm used to the usual 3 minute quick "adjustment only" visit that always makes me feel like it's the "fast food version" of chiropractic but this was a very different experience. The clinic doesn't look like much from the outside but was very nice and clean inside with top notch equipment compared to some of the dinosaur stuff I've been on elsewhere. Dr Knox was friendly and went way beyond my usual care and it was very apparent he truly cares about providing comprehensive treatment just like the name says. I explained my problem and gave my history and he used it to perform a series of exams to really find out the root of it and not just give my temporary relief. He didn't just adjust me face down and send me on my way which is basically the normal nowadays. His adjustments were amazing but that's not where it ended, he took me into another room with a different table that flexes and used it to provide relief for an old disc injury while using soft tissue treatment tools to release my overactive muscles and break up years of soft tissue damage. He gave me some exercises to help counteract the endless hours on the road and even demonstrated them so he knew I was performing them correctly. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail that he was doing the entire visit and at one point Dr Wagner who I met while checking in and filling out my info even came in the room and recommend another treatment after reading through my history which blew my mind since I wasn't even seeing her and she still took the time to go out of her way which clearly shows this amazing "Doctor Duo" truly seeks to set themselves apart from your regular Jo Shmo old school strait adjusting chiropractor but rather are the real deal Chiropractic Physicians. They even gave me a discount for being a veteran which I found out Dr Knox is as well which makes perfect sense that they would pay it forward to service members. I can't say enough good things and I still feel significantly better after nearly a week and another 1500 miles and countless hours driving which is why you're reading this review right now! Do yourself a favor and visit these amazing Docs you won't regret it!!! read more

Seriously this place is the best. The name says it all: comprehensive. They don't just adjust and set you free to go eff up your body again and come back to make them money, they work to heal you. I came in with a terrible back. I'd been seeing another chiropractor across town for 2.5 years and I couldn't physically drive over there this time. I'd seen the massage therapist here previously and she said nothing but great things about these folks. She wasn't wrong. Dr. Brad Knox fixed me up significantly within 24 hours. He knew exactly what my problem was and dove in. This is the fastest I have felt better ever before. But he is working with me to make sure it doesn't happen again. He doesn't want to see me again! That's a good thing! They do everything here: adjusting, dry needling, and even physical therapy type exercises. And they are all so nice! If you're looking at a place to get in quickly and start feeling better this is your place. They've changed my life. read more

I have been going to Comprehensive Chiropractic and seeing Dr. Knox for the past couple of months because I hurt my shoulder at work a couple back on March, my lower back was also in pain from all these years of being a plumber, my should was at the point to where I could not lift it over my head because of the pain, I could hardly work anymore because of my shoulder so I decided to seek out someone to help me with it, there are many Chiropractic Doctors in my area so I did my research, I decided to go with Comprehensive Chiropractic because the have great reviews and I noticed it is Military veteran owned. Dr. Knox was able to fix my should with some dry needling and some exercise, I was seeing him twice a week for a couple months and now I am seeing him just once every three weeks. He also was able to fix my lower and upper back. I highly recommend Comprehensive Chiropractic because they actually take the time to find the cause of pain and don't just crack your back and neck and send you home, evertime im there I spend about 45 minutes getting treatment for my back and shoulder. Everyone there is very nice and they also accept insurance. read more

I started going to them for dry needling after a recommendation from my massage therapist. Dr. Knox is thorough in his review and looks for a long term solution, not just the quick fix. I've had really positive results with the dry needling to calm my traps and neck down and allow my massage therapist to get better results when she does her work. read more

I have been going here for about a year now. I am a busy hairstylist and know how important it is to have a good chiropractor. I am so lucky to have Roxann. She is knowledgeable and gives lots of great suggestions. She is also very gentle. I love that she also does dry needling and cupping to further enhance my care. read more

I lucked out finding them. Roxanne is beyond great! I was pregnant and got to a point where I couldn't walk without shooting pain on my back and hip. I literally couldn't walk!! The midwife recommended I see a Webster certified chiropractor and I found Roxanne. She gave me my adjustment and the pain went from 10 to 5 and I was able to sit up with bearable pain. I was thrilled. I continued to see her for the rest of my pregnancy. She is really good at what she does. I went to a different chiropractor due to insurance coverage and could really tell the difference between her and that someone else. She focused on my needs instead of generalizing my symptoms. My baby was breech at one point and she was part of the care team that helped turned the baby. It was nice to not have to have an inversion at the hospital. She was also very positive and encouraging. You know how disappointing it could be to find out you have a breech baby. I highly recommend her to anyone especially when you are pregnant, she is excellent. I can't say enough good things about her. read more

Roxanne is very knowledgeable and caring. She has a wide variety of skills which she uses to address whatever is going on with my body at the moment, and she frequently sends me home with a new exercise or tool to strengthen my aging body and allow it to remain as pain free as possible. I love the fact that she supports my desire to be responsible for maintaining my own health. read more

By far one of the best chiropractors, they helped me feel like me again, both Dr. Brad and Roxi are so knowledgeable and skilled. I wouldn't normally trust anyone with my body, but they care and are really focused on healing people. I'm beyond grateful! -Naomi read more

Feeling good! Was feeling so crunchy from my plane ride and Dr. Knox got me freedom back in my neck!

I had a severe disc herniation injury at L4 three months ago and was scheduled for surgery before I came to see Dr. Brad at Comprehensive Chiropractic. I wish I had come right away instead of waiting a month! Dr. Brad and Dr. Roxanne are the two most amazing chiropractors I have ever been to and I have been to many over the years. They are truly Doctors! Dr. Brad listens to your issues at every visit and tailors his treatments each time to address them. He does not just do adjustments, sometimes there are no adjustments, sometimes there are, but rather decompression therapy, dry needling, electricity, Soft Tissue Mobilization, rehab exercises, and more.He has a drop table so the adjustments when he does them are not painful. Dr. Brad is certified in Dry Needling and the McKenzie Method, which addresses my low back injury in the best way possible. I cancelled my surgery and am doing much better. I even went back to riding the exercise bike and even hitting some golf balls, n. ot to mention walking every day. Besides the disc herniation, there was also piriformis, glute, and IT band pain which the dry needling and exercises are helping a lot. Finally, Dr. Brad spends much time at each visit and is never in a hurry, He answers all my questions patiently and thoroughly and makes me feel like a partner with him in my healing. I cannot recommend this office enough! read more
