I've worked with every doctor here on and off over the past few years, and each time I visit, I'm met with exceptional care and helpful tips that always get me feeling back on track (aka aligned) most recently I worked Dr Lopez and he's been wonderful. Front staff was rude as heck today. I have been coming here for years and this guy was just rude. I am not sure why this location has such a hard time getting decent staff. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and after checking in was asked if I had Dr preference. At first I did not think it mattered but after about 5 minutes I decided I did care. The guy up front was rude as could be and treated me like I was ruining his day. I was then informed I could not see the other Dr because it was too late. I have one more visit already paid for then it maybe time to find a different provider. I understand they gave times but he was just so rude about it. read more

I've been a member for several years, and I didn't like the "sales pitch" as so many refer to it. That sales pitch is how they have chosen to present their care program. I would still be in pain had I not listened instead of judging them for the method. I go just about every week to make sure I don't get back to that painful place I was in. PROS- -I don't need an appt -They are open 7 days a week -If I find a doctor I like I can see them each time CONS -During busy times there can be a wait -There is a turnover amongst the better doctors -You can't call ahead to get your name on the list Thanks to the doctors who have helped me over the past 4+ years. read more

I feel like I have to sit through a lecture/sales pitch each time I go, which is leading me to find somewhere else, honestly. I just need an adjustment and I was told that if I'm only coming in as needed (which might be 2x a year), I'm wasting mine and the doctors time because I need to be pretty much constantly going there to be healthy and that I've just been "lucky" that I just still need an adjustment because my inconsistent visits would soon cause me to not be able to find relief through just an adjustment. This is a great place if you want to feel like you're on an assembly line. I, being a human, however, would prefer some actual health aspect to chiropractor care. If you come here, prepare to be given a sales-pitch the entire time and a hard close before you leave. DO NOT visit this fast food caliber Chiropractor unless your doctor gives you the go ahead. I went in for treatment for 6 weeks before going to a real doctor who recommended an MRI. Turns out my back pain was a symptom of a tear in a disc in my neck and these idiots were diagnosing me with an out of place rib which seems to be their go-to diagnosis. read more

5 stars again from me! My daughter has been getting adjusted since she was 9 months old after a suggestion from someone on an airplane. It's been life changing! Well today we tried the hutto location since Luis henna had a long wait. We loved it! The dr on duty used a little bear for her adjustment which I had never seen and my little loved it. Then the doc did a pretend adjustment on my other little so she didn't feel left out. The ladies at the front desk were SUPER helpful and so friendly too. They made some suggestions regarding our account that I truly appreciated. I'll be back for sure to this fresh, new, clean and friendly office. read more

Walk in Clinic except I have walked in twice now in the last 7 days and both times have been told I can't be seen . Front reception staff not helpful at all. Both times told to " come back tomorrow ". Not impressed at all , evidently this is not a walk in clinic at all. Interesting to see other branches have very good reviews . Buyer be aware. Went for husbands back issues bought a 8 visit deal and somehow was enrolled in an on going service something we never asked for or agreed to. Front desk person argued with me when I called after seeing charges hit my account and the female chiropractor argued with me wven more so basically saying he signed for it basically calling me a liar. Really bad customer service or should I say lack of. Do not recommend this place which is a shame because Cory the chiropractor he saw was really good. read more

Went there because a friend recommended one of their other locations and told me they offered good deals. The sign states "Walkins Welcome" but when I went in I was told the Dr. could not do an exam today and I would need to come back tomorrow. I told them I drove there because I was in pain and asked if I could get an adjustment that day and come back for a full exam the next, was told no. If this is how they treat potential patients, I hate to think how they must treat people who are already their patients. read more

Went in on a Monday to get adjusted left with a note for light duty for work. When I proceeded to get a note releasing from light duty I was denied and told I'm not even aloud anymore because " you said you wanted your job to pay for it" when I already payed for my visit the Monday I went in and now I can't even get a note to go back to work. Poor customer service poor work ethic and sad that it's that hard to get a note to get back to work. read more

I am so unbelievably thankful to have found Dr. T and Dr. Imm!! I had a very severe sciatica flare up about a month ago and could hardly walk for about a week. I called to learn how it worked the first time and they emailed me new patient paperwork which was a huge time saver and I went in and they did a thorough exam, got me on a recovery plan, showed me some very helpful and non-strenuous stretches for my hips and back and now I'm able to do strengthening exercises with minimal pain. I'm feeling MUCH better now. I'm able to pick up my 2 year old again, clean the house and do my daily activities as a stay at home mom. I've struggled with acute sciatica for 9 years and this flare up really killed me but they kept me from having to go to the ER. I've never been able to afford regular chiropractor visits to really get better anywhere else. I didn't think I'd be able to have this amount of pain relief without medication but these doctors have helped me immensely and I'm forever grateful and I will continue to stay on top of my care here. I drive from Georgetown to Hutto to see these two doctors. I got on the plan where you get 4 visits per month so I'm now going once a week and it's worth every penny. What I appreciate most is that they actually care. I wish I could give 100 stars! ALSO- Austin allergy sufferers- get an ear adjustment! I didn't know that was a thing and it's helped me so much!!
