They're very respectful, responsive and friendly, and they are absolutely upfront and communicative of what state your health around your bones and joints are by giving you an X ray, recommendations, and constant feedback with each and every session. The system they have (scan and go in a room with your phone, schedule on app etc.) while I understand for others may be different, I personally enjoy it because it's efficient and easy to use rather than waiting by the front desk in secession. I value my time and I don't like to wait, and I can be in and out usually within 10 minutes on average. After going in and getting the adjustments, they give comprehensive feedback and comments for your progress and care plan. They always remember your face and make small talk and hold little decorative events, sometimes even treat and support giving and using local businesses around them to do so. I will say that as the other review mentioned, yes they will play Christian gospel music every single time you go there, back to back, so keep that in mind if you do visit, but they are absolutely professional for whoever and whatever background of person comes to visit. I came to Premier after a complex Total Knee Replacement and had previously been going to a different clinic (ATI). The prior clinic did not prioritize 1:1 patient care and I ended up left with a knee stuck at only 90 degrees range of motion at 4 weeks out - leaving me unable to walk normally and requiring me to go back to the surgeon for a Manipulation Under Anesthesia. It was divine intervention to find Premier after that! I called the day after my MUA and spoke with Dr. Brad (clinic director) who was incredibly kind and immediately helped work me into the schedule and get a solid recovery plan in place. He was even open to partnering with another Pilates-based clinic as I wanted to do some sessions there as well. Brad, Ryan and the entire Premier team were always open and willing to do what was needed to help me get the best outcome... exactly what a patient wants/needs after going through such a hard surgery! Dr. Ryan Vick is amazing and I highly recommend! He made our daily PT sessions fun and is SO skilled at what he does. He proactively incorporates new things to try and adjusts as needed, and you can tell he has a big heart and genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Emily is also wonderful and always coming up with new exercises to try -- her positivity keeps you going! The techs/front desk staff (Parker, Bri, Yumi) were also consistently helpful and kind, and helped keep all appts running efficiently and on time. After 5 weeks at Premier, I gained 44 degrees in range of motion to reach 134 degrees flexion - which has put me back to work, functional daily living and activities. I had to return home to San Francisco (was in DFW area post-surgery to recover with family) and it'll be hard to find another PT place here that will ever match up to Premier! If you're deciding between different PT clinics, stop searching and come here!!! They are truly the best!

They manipulated and stretched and pulled on my hip until the hip that did not really bother me when I went in there has not stopped hurting since then and I'm now having a hip replacement. Yes I probably would've ended up with a hip replacement, but they caused the problem to be aggressive. I've my opinions to them on the second visit the third visit and I never went back after that. They called did not told them what the deal was so come in and we could fix it. No, I don't think you're touching me again. I've used them on several occasions previously, but the entire practice had changed. It's now more like a chiropractor's office as opposed to a physical therapy. So please do your research. I had a 4 pm appointment and the traffic was terrible, so make sure to plan ahead. The office was small, but it had coffee, candies and magazines. I filled out the paperwork quickly and got called to go into the back section. The rooms were comfortable. I asked my masseuse to focus on my back and she only worked on it for the regular amount of time. She talked a lot at the beginning of the massage, and I like silence. After the massage, I had to remind the staff to tell me about the option of sauna or vibration therapy that was listed in the groupon. I chose the vibration therapy. Ten minutes of my life that I will never get back. I stood on a machine while it vibrated in different sequences. Overall, it was a rough visit and my back did not feel better when I left. If I hadn't purchased a Groupon for 5 massages, I would not have come back. Today I made my return and was so glad I did. I arrived early, but didn't get called back until a couple minutes before my appointment time. Annette truly listened when I asked her to only focus on my back, shoulders, and neck. The only time she spoke was to ask if the pressure was okay- my kind of massage! I kept falling in and out of consciousness. It was that good. By the end of the massage, I felt all the soreness disappear. I felt like a very blissful marshmallow (if they had feelings). If you can get a great masseuse, Texas Pain and Wellness will make you feel relaxed and renewed without costing you a lot of money. FYI They end massage at 10 minutes before the end of the hour.
