I recieved evaluation and first adjustment was told I would be charged $35.00 and Medicare with my AARP supplemental policy would cover any additional costs to which I agreed. About a week later without any notice from them my credit card was charged $90.00 without any authorization. I called and spoke to the office and they told me insurance would not cover the additional fee. I asked to have the doctor call me and no one ever called me back. Its too bad because I liked the doctor and would have been a long time customer but I feel the office used deception on my initial consult.

I can say this much...This past Saturday I parked my new truck at the far end of the parking lot, I walked into the store, did my shopping and took my groceries back to my truck. This is the first time in recent memory that I didn't need an electric cart. Also in a recent visit my shoulder flared up near the end of the session. Dr. Gills assistant was kind enough to work on the shoulder until I was pain free. I've been to other Chiropractors before but the results from the others don't even come close to achieving freedom from chronic pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Gill and Zenith at the Hurst location.

Proper protocol was not followed & several specialists have confirmed the errors. Unfortunately Im a trusting person & the used car salesman tactics worked on me. The calls placed to your office have been with a third party & myself. Juliette has not responded. The office has my number/email & tried to resolve in person. Pending resolution. Do better, be professional. Admit & make right the mistakes. You have an ethical responsibility to do so & a legal one. Your response speaks volumes. (Original) Misdiagnosed & given the incorrect protocol. Explained to both the tech (Sophia) & Dr. Taylor Softwave was painful & unbearable. Told it was part of the procedure. Trusted but confirmed on Feb. 3rd with an MRI a Baker's Cyst/Sprain needed to be addressed. Dr. Taylor encouraged continued treatments & my condition worsened. If you want fake, fraudulent & for profit mentality with disregard to what's best for your health you found your place. Also office manager (Juliette) did not process claims. Tried to resolve & no call backs. Pending resolution since 1/21/25. Even went into the office to confirm correct information is on file. No corrective action has been taken.

Christy, who works up front, is great, and I feel obligated to point that out straight away because…read moreshe was literally the only positive aspect of my visit. I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I'm sincerely happy for those who were able to get some pain relief, but do not understand how the same facility offered such abysmal service and neglect. Bless your heart Christy.
