In fact I called back apparently manager manages many place and can't be bothered to contact customers. I've called corporate regarding this chiropractor and this manager who is not actually managing the situation Redux: I received no phone call from the manager of this location, even though I had left my details. When I was at the airport, I left a message and was almost immediately called back. I let the woman know who called me that I would be on a plane for four hours, but I would be available all day Friday and through the weekend she assured me the manager would call me. I have no missed calls and no messages from this joint clinic. I am definitely going to call corporate on Monday. Since I travel to Texas quite a bit, I went to come back to the place. I left the five star review for only to find different doctors and the worst experience I've had at the joint since I joined the membership. I had fallen asleep on the airplane on the way out here and had a pretty stiff neck . My neck, wrist, SI and upper back adjust easily however Doctor Molly Camelo was the most ineffective doctor I have met in the chiropractic field. It was very telling when she could not adjust my wrists I can adjust my own wrist by just flagging my arm and that she could not even get that done. just shows how little touch and feel she has for this job. I felt like she became frustrated and just kept hitting the adjustments harder and harder, but with no feel I had no adjustment in my back wrist or SI. I only had one crack in my neck when I usually get two on one side and five on the other. I feel like the joint should look at this doctor more closely to decide if she is really suited for this brand I asked the receptionist where the nearest joint other than this location and ended up coming over to the Glade Park joint off of Highway 121. Just had a phenomenal adjustment by DrBryan Tilghman. He was able to adjust everything mentioned above, and I will definitely be back to see him as I am in town at least every two months. I would not recommend this location considering the experience. I highly recommend a foreman highway 121 Glade Park location

She told us how fantastic the staff are and how accommodating they are to what you require, and truly want to help you feel better. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable there your entire while you are in their care. Well, she was not kidding! From the moment I messaged AC&R's Facebook Messenger it was such an amazing experience. If you ever have any questions after they are closed for the day, you can get a hold of their IT person. She responded quickly, and answered every question I had at MIDNIGHT!!! Totally fantastic . Even gave me a tip to fill out paperwork before going in because it would save some time! As soon as we walked into the door, and until we walked out to go home; was perfect! Such a wonderful and fantastic experience!!! They are thorough, and then some!!! We had already filled out the proper paperwork for our new patient appointment; so that was super fast for getting in and right into the appointment and such itself. (To print out your paperwork, just go to their website and search for "paperwork", then click on the proper paperwork you need. Print it out, and you will be ready for your appointment!). Handed her out papers, insurance cards, and Driver Licenses. She asked us to fill only two or so questions on a paper, with our name and such on it. No biggy. Took about half a second! As soon as that was finished we were already asked to come to the back to see the Chiropractor. We were early and they were ready for us, so we got to get started sooner than our initial appointment time! Doctor was/is enthusiastic, and made some small talk which is nice. He absolutely tuned in to everything I had to say! He truly cares!!! Not uptight and too professional like most medical personnel. Asked us some questions and the basics to get to know us, and then adjusted us according to our individual needs. After that we went into another room where again our individual needs were met for an ice or heated treatment for our pain levels and areas of pain. When that was finished we went into another room for our massages; again what each of us needed individually. It was so relaxing and amazing! Could not have had a better overall experience! Keep in mind this is my review based on what we experienced for our bodies, and such. You may need a different treatment, however I can tell ya that they truly care and want you to recover. They will do their best to make this happen. You won't be disappointed. So pleased to call Absolute Chiropractic and Rehab our place to stop the ooww pain!!!

After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area.
