In fact I called back apparently manager manages many place and can't be bothered to contact customers. I've called corporate regarding this chiropractor and this manager who is not actually managing the situation Redux: I received no phone call from the manager of this location, even though I had left my details. When I was at the airport, I left a message and was almost immediately called back. I let the woman know who called me that I would be on a plane for four hours, but I would be available all day Friday and through the weekend she assured me the manager would call me. I have no missed calls and no messages from this joint clinic. I am definitely going to call corporate on Monday. Since I travel to Texas quite a bit, I went to come back to the place. I left the five star review for only to find different doctors and the worst experience I've had at the joint since I joined the membership. I had fallen asleep on the airplane on the way out here and had a pretty stiff neck . My neck, wrist, SI and upper back adjust easily however Doctor Molly Camelo was the most ineffective doctor I have met in the chiropractic field. It was very telling when she could not adjust my wrists I can adjust my own wrist by just flagging my arm and that she could not even get that done. just shows how little touch and feel she has for this job. I felt like she became frustrated and just kept hitting the adjustments harder and harder, but with no feel I had no adjustment in my back wrist or SI. I only had one crack in my neck when I usually get two on one side and five on the other. I feel like the joint should look at this doctor more closely to decide if she is really suited for this brand I asked the receptionist where the nearest joint other than this location and ended up coming over to the Glade Park joint off of Highway 121. Just had a phenomenal adjustment by DrBryan Tilghman. He was able to adjust everything mentioned above, and I will definitely be back to see him as I am in town at least every two months. I would not recommend this location considering the experience. I highly recommend a foreman highway 121 Glade Park location
