The chiropractor are top notch. Dr Jeff is outstanding. I came in with sciatic pain and joined for a month and paid for extra visits to help with the pain. I had 30 days to use 8 visits; should be easy. However my company sent me out of town, twice for 4 days each time. I was not able to be seen during those days. I came in today and asked for a week extension so I could use those paid for appointments. Molly, the manager denied my request. Again, I was in Steamboat; 3 hours away. Why couldn't they extend the time I had to use my appointments? Greed and a basic lack of customer service. I recommend the chiropractors but not this location. Thanks for nothing, Molly... UODATE Interesting I get a ya, ya, ya response but not a call. I paid for the wellness and extra appointments because I was in pain. It's not my fault I was sent to Steamboat to work. It wasn't planned. What would have been the right thing to do, the customer service thing to do, the professional thing to do, was allow me 7 calendar days which includes a day this office is closed and a day my preferred chiropractor was off. But instead it was just no. No conversation with you, just your rude receptionist. I was a returning customer but I will never be back again. I will tell everyone I know. read more

I was in such pain & it was Saturday, so I went to the HR 'The Joint'. The Dr with a man bun- Dr Kyle Warner- gave me a speel & 'adjusted' my back & I signed up for the program with Donna, who was so nice! Turns out my ribs were out. But.... I couldn't hardly breathe or walk during the night, so I went to the Littleton location Sunday morning & Dr Kyle Warner was there. He saw me walk in & I couldn't hardly make it to his table & he gave me the same darn speel! 'Drink water, drink hibiscous tea, ice for 20 min, & follow up soon'. I couldn't lay on his table I was in so much pain!! His advice? 'Lay on the floor & pull my knees to my chest!!' I can't get on the table, how am I suppose to get on the floor???? He then told me to go to the ER because it 'might' be a disk & to get a muscle relaxant & then told me to 'Feel Better'!!! ( Yesterday he said it was my ribs... now it's a disk? on the side of my body?) I laid in bed the rest of Sunday afternoon due to the pain, and Monday I went to a chiropractor by my house & he lifted me up & my ribs went back in place, & I could actually walk again! I went to Dr Kyle Warner on Friday to ask why he didn't do that & he said 'everybody has different methods'. He let me walk out with so much pain & didn't help at all! He didn't even help me walk out of the room- he just kept looking down at his computer. I DO NOT recommend 'The Joint' or Dr Kyle Warner. This will not be the only review I do- I want others to know that if your in real, serious pain, you will be sent out in pain with NO help whatsoever! Looking for an affordable chiropractor so I thought I'd give these guys a shot. It's a very simple, clean and modern setup with a front desk attendant who greets you right away. Very efficient system once you're signed up, simply scanning in when you arrive and getting to see the Dr within about 5 minutes, treated and out the door within about 15 min of arriving. At $30 for the first visit, I figured it was worth a try. Well I was very happy with my first visit and impressed with the Dr I met with. He identified and helped immensely with the pain I was having. Very friendly and knowledgeable with reasonable pricing and packages. After buying a monthly package with only a two month commitment, I went back a few days later to keep improving my issue, but it's with a different Dr. Again, nice and welcoming, but this Dr wasn't nearly as good, simply relied on newer 'gimmicky' tools rather than the 'old methods' of using hands and I was in more pain after that visit. But, went back today and met with another Dr, Dan and had a great visit, feeling better already. If you had the same Dr each time, this would be a five star place, but you just have to time it according to the schedule of the traveling Drs. I do recommend the place, just find the Dr you like and make sure to show up on those days. read more

Mail 5.8 tall reddish brown long hair, top knot man bun. Treats patients like product not people never had worse bedside manner. Was rushed through so fast. I wasn't even able to take a breath between adjustments. Could care less about my pain levels. Never allowed me to get comfortable in seeding in between adjustments. When brought to his attention, I was told how long he had been in the business. Possibly he's been in too long and has stopped caring. I've had many good experiences at joint, but would never go back to this human being for any service. Arm and back hurt worse after treatment. read more

Had a great experience with Dr. Peggy Anderson! Came in for an adjustment on my lunch break due to a flare up on my lower back. I felt way better walking out than when I came in, even felt like I was able to walk better will definitely be back. read more

weird experience at this site. My husband and I went in and there was one person in the waiting room. As we were checked in, two people left. The receptionist told us it would be a while. After 10 minutes, the person who was waiting was called back. After about 5 minutes, the patient left. We sat and waited. The receptionist was in the back this whole time. After about 5 minutes my husband went back and the chiropractor told him to go back up front. By this time, the receptionist had come back up front. Then the chiropractor called back the receptionist. Then the receptionist came up front and informed us the chiropractor had a backache and it would a while. At this point we had been waiting 30 minutes. It was all very strange and my husband felt that chiropractor just didn't want to him. read more

Dr. Jeff Parham has legitimately changed my quality of life. After decades of soccer, I have a lot of back, hip, and neck issues. Over the course of several years I've been seen by family doctors, chiropractors, physical therapist, etc. I've tried absolutely everything under the sun like dry needling, ice baths, massages, stretches, strength training, electrode therapy- you name it! This place is really good. I come here all the time for anything I need that involves the chiropractor. When I have any new issue the chiropractor evaluates me on what needs to be done. I know it's a walk in place and it seems like you won't get much help but you get a lot more help then you think. For me this place is great! Easy, affordable, doctors and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I like the walk in aspect as long as it's not too busy (which usually it's not). Super convenient too, because you can go to any location.
