A few doctors are wonderful. They listen and offer advice. Unfortunately it seems when I have a good one who I finally feel truly understands my conditions and how to best treat me, I only see them one time at my location. I never see them again unless I hunt down which location they are working at for the time that I want to get my treatment for that week. I greatly appreciate that I can visit an office in many cities. The hours and prices are great. I would just prefer to get consistent treatment. I would highly recommend this business! read more

When they originally opened they were a group of amazing drs., Pat the owner is just that the owner does not treat or see patients. It seems every-time a good drs., shows up they leave soon afterwards. They opened too many offices and spread these few drs., out way to often and over work them until they get sick and leave. They have now closed down the original office which is re-tarded since its location is prime. If any one of the offices needed to close it is the mid-town location or Bartlett. He expanded way to much and oversaturated the entire area. 240 office covers mid-town area no need for two offices, wolfchase was prime area and close enough for Barlett, Cordova and lakeland Arlington area and Collierville office is perfect for their and Germantown and any outliers. Over expansion NOT enough quality drs. Was impressed NOT anymore the turnover is way too high and they treat the doctors like crap. read more

I am disgusted with what has happened with the Joint recently. There are 3 doctors within the organization who actually listen to me and treat me. The others all want to do things that are ineffective and cause me to leave feeling worse than when I came in. It seems ridiculous to me that they don't listen to me about what I need. So now my 3 trusted doctors are either in Southaven, Bartlett, or Collierville. Why should I have to go that far from Midtown to get good care? I am extraordinarily unhappy. read more

Dr Grant is, hands down, the best chiropractor I've ever seen. Crack for crack he adjusts more bones consistently than anyone. However, there are several good doctors there and every individual has different needs. But for value, the monthly plan cannot be beat. read more

After over a month, scam outfit the Joint is refusing to refund the stolen funds they fraudulently charged me. Now they are threatening me, claiming that I am "overdue" a defunct and now fraudulent account. They also claim they're "not allowed" to issue a refund because their pimp won't let them I guess. So like any mafioso they are demanding my banking information "or else" I'm sure they'd refund me, after scamming me and fraudulently charging me multiple times, they'd really not charge my card again and again and again... I'm not stupid enough to believe them or trust them. The Joint is a scam, and they have proven it by their threats and refusal to return the stolen money. read more

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. they were running a promotion where I was promised three free sessions. I called that same evening and left a voicemail saying that I was interested in the promo before it expired. however I was not given the three free sessions as part of the promo. I just think the entire thing is very misleading and very bad customer service in my opinion. I would recommend other clinics in Memphis over this one. They do false advertising and are trying to trick people into promos they are not willing to honor. Poor poor poor service. read more

I come in for just a one time adjustment and they tell me they don't have time for it so I go ahead and I fill the paperwork out so that when I come back it'll just be an In and out thing... so I come back and the girl never scanned in the paperwork like she said she would and they tell me again that they're not gonna have time for me. the management is ridiculous. read more

I usually need Chiropractic services a couple times a year. After an 8hr drive into town and sleeping in too soft of a bed, I needed something for my lower back. When stretching and foam rolling didn't get it, I decided it may finally be time to try the chiropractor. I'm glad I followed the reviews because this place was great. They were welcoming and explained the process to me. When I went back I had my consultation and the Dr went to work. He was great about explains what he was doing, why, and what to expect. Being my first time to the Chiropractor I completely feel as tho this business and line of work is an outright sham. I couldn't tell you how many people I saw walk in to have a "doctor" bend their leg or press on their back and be done in less than 5 minutes (if that literally) and act like they have a brand new life. I went in with a bad neck strain from sleeping wrong and was told there was nothing they could do for me before they even tried anything. Then, as the doctor is poking around on me and constantly asking does this hurt, does that hurt...he just stopped out of nowhere and told me there is not much they can do for me, try making an appointment for tomorrow. How can you do something for me tomorrow but not today? I genuinely feel as though they were making excuses in an indirect way before they started, while explaining what they actually do. It was almost as if they were trying to say they can't really do anything with real problems but were beating around the bush...it was odd like I was being told to read between the lines. Anyways they didn't do anything for me but then urged me to sign up for the 60 dollar a month plan. Just seeing the regulars come in and socialize the way they did and literally not spend 5 minutes in there it really just seemed as a social outing for these people like it was just something trendy to do and go see people they knew. I literally felt it was a joke and if I were you if you are considering seeing a Chiropractor, try seeing your regular doctor first or at least going to another Chiropractor. read more

I went for the first time today. Really good adjustment and great concept. I have been to many chiropractors over the years and I highly recommend The Joint. I do have insurance that covers chiropractic treatment but The Joint is cheaper and more convenient than going to a chiropractor that does accept insurance. Dr. Pat at The Joint went out of his way to see my mother when she had a sudden onset of severe back pain. She has lots of health issues and is frail, and after two weeks of a high level of pain he began adjusting her. He explained what was going on very clearly, and she saw remarkable improvement each time. After four daily adjustments she was able to move normally again and three days afterward that she did not notice any pain in the area. She really appreciated his kind-hardheartedness and compassion.
