There were 2-3 other associates in the store and none came to offer help. Eventually sherry coldly asked what she could do for us after helping the other woman. Overall poor customer experience, not greeted, no one offered to clean our jewelry we were visibly wearing (my 4ct engagement ring), little service or help when asking to see jewelry behind the counters. I believe because we looked younger, dressed casual and also had a baby with us we were dismissed as customers. I will not be returning for any jewelry need or future purchases. Staff clearly need customer experience training.

The person who answered the phone was so kind and explained they can fix it on the spot. She was super friendly and professional over the phone. I came in to get it fixed by Alan and he was AMAZING!!! He explained how he will fix it (showing me under the microscope of where the broken link is) and was very detailed and thorough. He fixed it like it never happened and even gave me advice on how to handle my adjustable chain so it doesn't happen again. He was extremely friendly, honest, even gave me back the piece of gold chain that needed to be cut to have a fresh link to work with. This place is the place to go!!! The service price is affordable as well. I called different places and they were way overpriced and told me i'd have to ship my necklace to get it fixed.
