There were 2-3 other associates in the store and none came to offer help. Eventually sherry coldly asked what she could do for us after helping the other woman. Overall poor customer experience, not greeted, no one offered to clean our jewelry we were visibly wearing (my 4ct engagement ring), little service or help when asking to see jewelry behind the counters. I believe because we looked younger, dressed casual and also had a baby with us we were dismissed as customers. I will not be returning for any jewelry need or future purchases. A small business with tons of personalization options and fantastic personal touches!…read more I knew I wanted my wedding band to be unique and when looking for options Rustic and Main stood out above everyone. I ordered a custom ring from their tons of options. I chose a titanium band, makers mark barrel inlay, and USS NC Teak inlay. For such a custom option they have very competitive prices and also have great prices for some predesigned rings. They sent me tons of communication about the process, even down to letting me know exactly who was making my ring and what makes them special. Shoutout to Brad! The ring came pretty quick for a custom item and I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

That jeweler came back to me with the bad news, but glad I hadn't lost the diamond! When I traveled home, I went to Alexander Zachary Jewelers upon suggestion of a good friend who purchased her engagement ring there. What a nostalgic experience! I grew up in a small town and this shop reminded me of growing up...Quaint shop, fine jewelry, attention to detail and top-notch service. No job was too big or small for AZJ. Since the platinum setting was custom-designed and hand forged, I was expecting a little pushback or hesitation....not one bit. Since I was a first time customer, they put my info in their system, I informed them what I needed done to the ring, asked to have it "dipped" and was out the door feeling positive and comforted that my jewelry was in great hands. Since I had dropped it off on Thursday, I figured a week would be enough time to work on the ring. They said it would be ready Monday. Friday afternoon I received a call that the ring was done. What a fantastic job they did! The ring looked brand new and the diamond wasn't loose any longer (the most important part). I was impressed with the level of service and how it was expedited for a new, and soon to be returning, customer. I would recommend Alexander Zachary Jewelers to anyone in the area or just passing through who may need some quick and quality work done on their jewelry! Job well done.
