There were 2-3 other associates in the store and none came to offer help. Eventually sherry coldly asked what she could do for us after helping the other woman. Overall poor customer experience, not greeted, no one offered to clean our jewelry we were visibly wearing (my 4ct engagement ring), little service or help when asking to see jewelry behind the counters. I believe because we looked younger, dressed casual and also had a baby with us we were dismissed as customers. I will not be returning for any jewelry need or future purchases. Staff clearly need customer experience training.

I ordered a custom ring from their tons of options. I chose a titanium band, makers mark barrel inlay, and USS NC Teak inlay. Since I was a first time customer, they put my info in their system, I informed them what I needed done to the ring, asked to have it "dipped" and was out the door feeling positive and comforted that my jewelry was in great hands. Since I had dropped it off on Thursday, I figured a week would be enough time to work on the ring. They said it would be ready Monday. Friday afternoon I received a call that the ring was done. Staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way. Went shopping today for a replacement for my Movado watch which recently died. Brownlee tried multiple times to get in fixed and in the end, we had to admit defeat and now I am shopping for a replacement. Good selection and while we did not purchase a watch today, we will probably end up buying one of them when we make up our mind. Original watch was a present from my wife when we were dating 20 years so it lasted a lot longer than most of my watches. Brownlee kept it going for many of those years.
