Overall poor customer experience, not greeted, no one offered to clean our jewelry we were visibly wearing (my 4ct engagement ring), little service or help when asking to see jewelry behind the counters. I believe because we looked younger, dressed casual and also had a baby with us we were dismissed as customers. I will not be returning for any jewelry need or future purchases. Staff clearly need customer experience training.

I ordered a custom ring from their tons of options. I chose a titanium band, makers mark barrel inlay, and USS NC Teak inlay.
