It was a Friday night and every table was full! If you didn't have a reservation, unfortunately the wait was over 1.5 hours long! The ambiance was still beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. We were seated near the outdoor section and had a nice view of the fire pit. For starters, we shared the flavorful grilled octopus with potato, sun-dried peppers, & olives. The Fritto Misto was a bit salty but the salmon bite I tasted was perfect!! It paired well with our arugula salad. Our entrees were cooked to perfection! Both hubbies had the Ribeye, my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her spaghetti with lobster and she said it matched the quality in Italy! I enjoyed my jumbo shrimp and spinach meal. Our desert and cocktails were 10/10!

The restaurant has an upscale, sophisticated feel while still being warm and inviting. It's aesthetically pleasing, beautifully maintained, and fastidiously clean, which I really appreciated. The ambiance, service, and food all matched the caliber of the space. We started with the House Bread, which was warm, buttery, soft, and absolutely delicious. Definitely one of those "I should stop eating this so I have room for dinner" situations . We also shared the Fritto Misto with calamari, pesce, artichoke, hot peppers, lemon, and fra diavolo. I even found some nice chunks of fried salmon mixed in. Everything was lightly fried rather than heavily battered or greasy, but still packed with flavor. The fra diavolo on the side complemented it perfectly. For our entrées, we both ordered the $58 Spaghetti with Maine lobster, pecorino, fra diavolo, and basil. SO GOOD! The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce had a nice little kick, and there was a generous amount of lobster throughout. I would absolutely order it again. I had the Espresso Martini, which was delicious, and my partner had the lemonade. His only critique was that it was a little tart, but I actually appreciated that. To me, it tasted freshly squeezed rather than overly sweet, watered down, or packed with sugar. Overall, we had no complaints. The Farm Italy gave us a beautiful anniversary dinner from beginning to end. Upscale atmosphere, immaculate space, great service, delicious food, and portions that felt worth it. We left happy and already talking about going back to try more of the menu. Definitely a 5-star experience for us! #foodtiktok #food #dinner #fyp #review @The Farm Italy Restaurant

He never came to get our dessert order. Mind you and folks bringing the food and filling water and removing plates were very good and we avail ourselves out of their service to fetch the waiter. The seats were comfortable the lighting bright and the piped in music and cacophony of chortling diners a bit overbearing. Couldn't hear or be heard--frankly that was not a big deal since nobody really wants to hear what I have to say anyhow and nobody was revealing the directions to some hidden treasure. Please do not put 10 people at a table for 8...we were packed around the table like sardines. Numerous times when I was cutting my steak someone knocked into me and I easily could have sliced off a finger. The appetizers-- the calamari was absolutely perfect. Cooked perfectly and seasoned just right and also the coating was adherent and did not slough off when I cut the rings in half or champed on them. The friend zucchini is a signature appetizer for them but the garlic sauce steals the show! The meal--I ordered the fillet with an extra robust char and said medium would be fine. It came blue rare. No waiter to be found to cook it more but the bus person obliged. When it came back it was still rate but at that point I didn't have it in me. It came with a beautiful bulb of garlic! I applied the garlic and some butter and blue cheese dressing to the steak and with or without this amalgam it was amazing! Really worth all the logistics and service shortcomings. The creamed spinach was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The coconut cake was dense and rich--in a good way! It was delicious and I highly recommend it. I would have given the restaurant 4+ stars but the noise and poor waitstaff performance knocked it down to 3. I'll go back but will ask to sit in a less noisy location and/or ask for a white or grey-haired waiter.

I had the eggs Benedict with salmon and the eggs were cooked perfectly, nothing runny on the outside and the yolk with just enough firmness around the edge to hold its shape but plenty of golden lava to dip into. Normally, I don't start a review on a negative but after we left and counting up all the missteps, I felt off. My wife is more forgiving, she liked the Frito Misto and Bolognese. It's hard to believe this was a BBQ spot a few years ago. The glass garage door is still in place, back in the day it was enjoyable during the spring. There's a reason why it's called Sparrow Cocktails. I ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned. Made with Angel's Envy Bourbon and wood smoked chips, this was a great cocktail before dinner. The Frito Misto had a delicate coating, it wasn't overly battered. The green dipping sauce served on the side was bland. It didn't add to the dish and was thin. The Malfalde Bolognese was a hearty portion, we were able to share this large dish between the two of us. Made with beef, veal and pork and simmered in San Marzono tomatoes, this entree satisfies all my pasta cravings. I was looking for some grated cheese, none was offered.. The Back Sea Bass special, IMHO we should have passed. My wife asked about bones and was told they de-bone the fish table side. What was served to us was a fish that was cooked well but was full of small pin bones. We passed on dessert, it was time to go. an expensive meal that doesn't warrant a return visit.

Overall, we found many of the dishes to be overly salty and oily. I ordered the rib sandwich and was disappointed because it wasn't what I expected. I anticipated an actual rib sandwich, but it appeared to be more like shredded beef and didn't have the flavor or texture of ribs. My son ordered the stuff Nutella French Toast and ended up sending them back. The eggs he was served were also quite salty. My daughter did not enjoy her burger, which was unusually thick and difficult to eat as prepared. My wife finished her meal, but she did not find it particularly enjoyable and felt the portion size was too small for the price. I think part of the issue may have been the limited Father's Day brunch menu. Had there been more options available, we might have found dishes that better suited our tastes. Additionally, dessert was not included in the package, which was somewhat disappointing. While the atmosphere and service were definite positives, the food did not meet our expectations. Based on this experience, I'm not sure if I would return.

The crowd was pretty much the same as I remembered, mostly an older crowd in their 70s. For $18, they also come with French fries, which I thought was a great deal. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything tasted great, the steak quesadillas were flavorful, and I really enjoyed my lunch. If I'm in the area again, I'd definitely stop in and give them another try.

We were promptly seated and the wine and cocktail selection is good. The wine pours were a little meager but the wine pretty good. The pesto knots they serve for the free bread were great! My husband also loved how they offered us one more each for free without his asking to ask. We split the salmon and Black Sea bass. I loved the salmon sauce, how well the salmon was cooked, and the gnocchi it came with. The Black Sea bass wasn't as good in my opinion. The pesto sauce was bland and could do with being more flavorful like the free knots. The accompanying vegetables and potatoes were good. For dessert we split the apple crumble which was quite good. The staff were very friendly and the ambiance really nice. Came here to celebrate a birthday for one of the girls. We had some rose and a couple of mocktails and ordered the calamari for a starter. It was too fishy and too salty, no lemons to squeeze over them. And I think we all would have preferred marinara sauce over the aoli provided for dipping. We didnt even finish it. The entrees were no better. I ordered the lobster bucatini and it had no flavor whatsoever. My friends ordered spicy rigatoni and chicken marsala. No flavor. Rigatoni was too tough. We asked for parmesan, red pepper flakes and salt which helped some. Only the chicken parm was decent. Tiramisu was excellent. Nutella brownie was a blondie but pretty good. I don't think any of us will be back here. We tried. That's all we can do!

A round of applause goes to Mary for taking care of us by bringing our cocktails on time and continually replenishing our water glasses. We never had to flag her down. A shoutout goes to the Chef Anup for making food that was fresh and flavorful. Everything was beautifully presented and expertly prepared. My favorites were the caviar, fresh lobster, and the rack of lamb. David Burke's Signature Clothes Line Bacon was also incredible because it was caramelized and had good crunch. It got its moniker "clothes line" from the clothes pin that it is hung on--What an innovative presentation (see photo below). Food is generally reliable, solid classic Italian-American fare. Standouts include their brick-oven pizzas, beef carpaccio, and various pasta options like the lasagnette. While most find it delicious, food enthusiasts ( like me) occasionally label it as average or overpriced for the quality. Atmosphere is extremely lively, upscale, and chic. The outdoor seating under the yellow awning is highly coveted during warmer months. The noise level is unapologetically loud.
