I state we agreed on 12:30 when I had a 1pm appt. they said that I was supposed to be here at12 and argued with me saying there's nothing that they can do. I asked for a reschedule and they had zero openings for the next week when I already pre booked this appt a month in advance. There was only one time where I had a less than stellar haircut which happened due to a communication error, but I went back shortly after leaving and one of the women was able to fix it up sufficiently. One thing to note, the place isn't always well staffed, so just keep that in mind if you're in a hurry or have somewhere to be. But honestly the hairdressers I've seen in my visits here are generally quite professional and seem to know what they're doing. The owner (Erica) is very bubbly and loves to talk but she uses that time to slow down a bit and makes sure she is doing exactly what I want and keeps the vibe positive. Her prices are fantastic ($15.56 with tax) and it's well worth the price. After trying all the local salons including the newer ones, I find myself continually coming back to this place.
