Annie is just the absolute best and a delight. I called her yesterday for a last minute wash and…read moreblow-out and, while she is typically too busy for last minute calls like this, she managed to fit me in within 45 min of my call. Let me also say that I had never met her before. I was in town for one day and the stars aligned for us to meet. I needed my hair blown out and she just happened to have an opening when I needed it. When I arrived, Annie was incredibly gracious and friendly and took me back immediately. Even though I arrived 10 minutes early! The treatment itself was heavenly and it was clear that she really knows her stuff. She explained to me in great detail how to treat my type of hair (Wavy 2A) and what products I would benefit the most from using. All in all, I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience at Hairscape. Annie's experience, professionalism, and business skills are far beyond what I was expecting and I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for that person who treats you more than just another client. Sometimes you meet someone that feels so familiar even though you've never met before and this was one of those times for me. I anticipate being back in town fairly regularly and I will always make time to come in for a service. If I could give Annie and her staff more than 5 stars, I would. Even though her staff were busy working with other clients, they all took the time to say hello and one staff member even explained some products to me when I was checking out. It's obvious that Hairscape is a positive place to work by the attitudes and cheerfulness of those who work there. Thanks, again, Annie! I can't wait to be back!

The atmosphere is not high end salon quality but is friendly low-key casual ( messy) so it did not suit me. Better for men and kids I think.
