Very disappointed in our order. Paid over $100 for an arrangement that in no way matched the arrangement that was displayed. What we ordered & what we got were completely different & were no where near close to the quantity of flowers or quality. The basket was very cheap & was not the nice wicker basket that were shown in the picture on their website. When we called the company we spoke to the owner who was very dismissive & the only help she offered was to go pick up the flowers that were delivered to our sick coworker in the hospital & refund the money. Completely unacceptable! We are a company that ordered flowers for a coworker in the hospital & this is very disappointing. We do not recommend this business & if we could no stars that's what they deserve. read more

I needed to place an order for a sympathy arrangement, and really did not want to use a big chain florist. I placed my order online, after work hours, directly with The Ivy Cottage in Aiken SC. They called me the next day, once concerning a substitute and what they recommended, which was perfectly acceptable to me, and again just to make sure I had no other requests. They were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. One of my sisters was able to attend the service in Aiken, and she said the flowers were gorgeous and the doves in them were a beautiful touch. My uncle was very appreciative of them, and had them displayed in the front of the hall for all to see. I would absolutely recommend using them again for the Aiken SC area. Great job!!!! read more

The flowers look like a 10.00 bouquet and charged 60. They were noting to write home about. I read reviews and that's why I purchased. You can get better at gas station. Don't let all the reviews fool you. Maybe they were a good florist years ago. Not now. Horrible read more

Flowers ordered for a 90th birthday party being held at an Aiken church. Flowers delivered to front steps of the church, not in the building where the party was being held. Flowers didn't make it to the party-staff offered "explanation" but, we still didn't have flowers for the very important event. No apology, no refund offered. Yeah, it could've been better. I only chose 1 star because rating this company 0 stars was not an option. I sent flowers to my aunt who is recovering from a procedure. Once she received the flowers she sent me a picture to thank me. When I saw the picture I almost died from embarrassment! The picture was nothing like the product I ordered on the website. The weeds that they sent my aunt looked like they had been picked from the side of the road and arranged by children. Save yourself the money and embarrassment and stop by Costco for a bouquet instead- you'll receive better quality. I am convinced the 5 star reviews were left by the owner herself. The owner told me they have been open 27 years.. I think it's time to retire. read more

My biggest issue was that they did not include my card with the flowers. If I hadn't contacted the recipient weeks later and asked if they got them (which i didn't want to have to do) they would have never known who sent them. I wrote up a really sweet note that never got delivered to them. Was very disappointing. They also did not have in stock what was on the website. I had picked flowers that were supposed to come in a cute teapot. I mainly picked those flowers for the teapot cus it was so cute. They called and told me they didn't have those and said "can we just put it in a vase?" Didn't offer a discount or anything. I also never received any notification that the flowers had even been delivered. I've never had this many things go wrong with a flower delivery. read more

I am so impressed with their service. Sweetest folks! I'm well out of state and had flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. The gentleman called from the apartment complex to confirm that he was at the correct location, because admittedly the place is a tad tricky. He called again a little later to assure me that the flowers had been delivered successfully, and "in the strangest way." Perfect timing- as soon as he stepped out to go into the complex's office, he looked over and saw a pickup truck with my mom's (very unique) name on the plate which of course matched the name of the recipient. My mom happened to be getting out of her truck at that exact moment. They looked at each other and he said with absolute confidence, "I have some flowers for you!" So he and his wife were able to deliver my mom's birthday gift in a cute, memorable way. The customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Wonderfully sweet people. And I would be remiss if I don't state that the arrangement is lovely, because my mom had to send me a picture immediately. She is thrilled, which makes me even happier that I chose this business. I cannot say enough positive things. Any future surprises for Mom will be from The Ivy Cottage without question. read more

I should of did my 'homework' and read reviews before my order. I ordered prom corsage & boutnier 3 weeks in advance. Explained RED and SPARKLES! From Day one!! Sent several emails and voicemails. The day of I was delivered orange roses which looked about dead. Never accepted because it's not what I ordered. To this day ... almost 30 days later . I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. I received my email confirmation with order number. Ordered on 5/7/21 for delivery on 5/8/21. Flowers were never delivered. I called Ivy Cottage and they blamed Teleflorist even though I ordered from their website. I called Teleflorist and they said it was not on their end as I ordered directly from the Ivy Florist website. Very poor customer service on their end and my Mom went without flowers on Mother's Day. I ordered a surprise bouquet for my daughter for her birthday 4 days in advance. They called her the day of on her job and asked for me ?!?! So at this point she knew she was getting flowers and assumed it was me and called me to ask did I? I ordered a $70 birthday bqt and checked the box I wanted the exact order, and they stated she would get a clear vase but the flowers would be similar (wish I could upload photos here), she definitely got a dark blue vase and the flowers or the balloon was not the same. I tried a local company this time b/c I have had bad experience last yr with the wrong bqt sent with flowers.com.. and guess what I got the same thing..
