We normally do 2 sessions a year, with a pro photographer. One is always of my kid, and the other is family. From start to finish, the process of working with Alex was very relaxed, and easy going. She warmed up my usually awkward kid, and took her photos with ease. The result? Over 25 photos I could have easily purchased, even though 10 was the deal.. and I settled with 17. This is by far the most pleased I have been to see my daughters photos, and Alex truly captured her spirit in each one of them. Her eye for what works, and where to take the photos, is simply amazing to me. She really is a very talented photographer. Can't wait to book with her again!

I was really on the fence about taking maternity pictures...I truly couldn't decide whether or not…read morethey're totally cheeseball or a great way to capture a very special moment in life. Not to mention the fact I'm 6 months pregnant and not necessarily feeling my most beautiful. However, after careful consideration I decided to take the plunge and get them done if for no other reason than I have yet to take 1 side shot of my expanding belly and needed some documentation of this pregnancy. Now the hard part...deciding on who to hire. In case you haven't already scoured the internet or yelp I'll break it down for you... there are like 5 million photographers in the Houston area to choose from and I am beyond picky about photography/art. I *hate* posed unnatural looking pictures. I hate JCPenney/Olan Mills/*insert generic mall photography store* or "photographers" that take pictures that literally anyone with a digital slr and a finger could snap. Ugh. No thanks. Couple that with the fact I've been burned in the past by a photographer and am beyond leery about contract business. So, in the end I decide on the word of mouth referral and find Unique Art, Design and Print and I'm so so SO glad I did. Alex made me not only look but feel so beautiful during our session. The pictures are natural, the lighting is great, and whatever photoshop filter or lens she used made just about every one of the 400 pictures we took something I want framed and enlarged to an 8x10 on my wall. WOW. Couple that with the fact she is very easy to work with and really listened to what I wanted (or rather what I didnt want) my pictures to look like and captured the moment perfectly. I seriously felt like my pictures were a Calvin Klein ad or something! Hahahaha but seriously...thats how good they turned out. Anyways, I cannot reccomend her enough!

I am here sometimes multiple times per week getting things printed for work. I have gotten…read morepostcards, poster boards, copies, small signs, business cards, and more printed. They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. Their space is clean and well organized for all your postal requirements. This trip was an easy in and out for me. I needed some important documents to be sent out. I had to briefly wait in line and then send my item. The shipping label had been sent to me and I printed it myself, so there was no reason for there to be an issue. I was able to hand my stuff over and they asked if I wanted a receipt, which yes, I needed to keep track of this stuff as much as possible so I could get an important payment sent to me, and then head on out my way. The paperwork arrived in great time and I was cleared to get my money. I'd come back if needed a FedEx again.
