This company charged me more than an extra hundred dollars a month for the same policy at several other competitors. Inquiries about why my policy was so high were met with disinterest and excuses but no real facts. I called to make a change to my policy to try and make it cheaper and was still charged previous amount. The resulting phone call to inquire how that happened was met with the older woman who works for Murphy screaming at me and then hanging up. There was no aggression on my part and no warning on hers before she let me have it. All I did was explain the situation and ask if the difference could be applied to next months bill. So glad it happened with witnesses present because the situation was so unbelievable the reality gets lost in retelling. I have NEVER had someone in a professional capacity talk to me like that, much less with no apparent reason. I feel bad she had a bad day but that had no bearing on my policy.
