This…read morewas my first time in Vegas and at a Swarovski store, but would definitely recommend and come again myself. My girlfriend and I were on the hunt for a promise ring to encompass our love and relationship, which we were able to accomplish at this store. We were able to do that on the first try with the first ring she tried on... it was her size and the one we both fell in love with, almost like it was meant to be. We both can't stop looking and talking about it since we got it, especially all the compliments from family and strangers alike. We truly appreciate the help from both staff that helped us (apologies, I'm bad with names), we will invite you to the wedding for helping solidify a part in our relationship.

I recently purchased several Swarovski figurines from this location and was extremely disappointed…read moreby both the product quality and the way my concerns were handled. During my visit, I specifically explained to the sales associate, Andrea, that I am a collector and very particular about the condition of my pieces. I asked that each item be carefully inspected before purchase because I did not want anything with scratches or imperfections. Unfortunately, when I inspected my purchases more closely at home, I discovered scratches on the bottom of a hedgehog figurine. After being directed back to the store by Swarovski's online customer service, I called and spoke with the manager on duty. Rather than expressing concern or apologizing, she immediately defended the sales associate, insisting that Andrea is very careful and would have noticed any scratches. She also emphasized that the figurine was brand-new from the box, as though that somehow ruled out the possibility of a defect. I wasn't calling to blame anyone. I simply wanted a reasonable resolution to an issue with a brand-new product. The manager offered to exchange the damaged figurine for the store's display model or try to locate another one at a different store. While I appreciated that alternatives were technically offered, her dismissive and unapologetic attitude made the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. She seemed to treat arranging an exchange as a favor rather than a reasonable response to a legitimate quality concern. When I explained that if I had to make another trip to the store, I would simply return my entire purchase, her response was, "That's fine." That response told me everything I needed to know about how much my business was valued. I subsequently contacted Swarovski's corporate customer service, which apologized and confirmed that I could return everything under their standard return policy. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered to address the inconvenience. As someone who enjoys collecting Swarovski figurines, I find this experience particularly disappointing. I don't expect perfection from employees, but I do expect professionalism, accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve customer concerns. What should have been a simple exchange has resulted in my decision to return my entire purchase and stop buying Swarovski products. For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected considerably better customer service.
