If you're a fan of Coca-cola products, it's definitely worth dropping by if you're in the area! The…read moremerch is SO cute and cool here, I actually kind of wanted so many things from shirts to caps to pajamas, etc. I did end up getting one cherry coke cap from here but I wish I had also picked up the cute polar bear mascot cap. You can also customize your own Coca Cola can. Nothing is too expensive; it feels like generally a better value than the M&M store next door. The must-do here is the tasting flight of sodas from around the world. It's so much fun! If you're in a group of 2-5 people, just get 1 for the group. It's a lot of soda, and for some of them you're going to not want more than a sip. It's so fun to try and there's a guide so that you know what you're drinking and where it's from. My husband and I had a lot of fun with it and discussing which ones we didn't like/liked, which were actually very different between the two of us!

They sell lots of Coke products by the bottle, but unfortunately, they didn't have the diet lime Coca-Cola that I'm looking for. Prices are pretty high. But hey, it's the strip. They have a soda fountain upstairs. They offered something called an " around the world tray ", different Coke products from around the world. 14 samples, but each sample had may be a sip, and that's it. 18 bucks after tax? Come on now.... A lot of the items on the soda fountain were equally expensive.... If I wanna buy any Coke stuff, I will just do it online. Thanks.

Alright, buckle up, buttercups, because I just returned from a fabric store so exclusive, it makes…read moreFort Knox look like a Chuck E. Cheese ball pit. I'm talking about "Threads of Tyranny" (or whatever they call themselves). First off, getting in was harder than getting a toddler to eat their vegetables. I swear, they had a velvet rope, a bouncer who looked like he wrestled bears in his spare time, and a questionnaire that asked for my blood type, social security number, and the thread count of my dreams. Apparently, only "industry owners" are worthy of their hallowed halls. I'm pretty sure my grandma, who sews better than most fashion designers, wouldn't have made the cut. Once I finally breached the inner sanctum, I was greeted by prices so high, they could make a billionaire weep. I saw a scrap of lace that was priced like it was woven from unicorn hair and spun by angels. I'm pretty sure I could buy a small island for the cost of their "sale" bin. And the staff? Oh, the staff. They looked like they were auditioning for a remake of "The Stepford Wives," but instead of being robots, they were just...snobby. Asking for help was like pulling teeth from a grumpy badger. I inquired about the difference between two types of cotton, and they looked at me like I'd just asked them to explain quantum physics in Klingon. Honestly, I'm surprised this place hasn't been swallowed by a black hole of pretentiousness. I give them a solid two years, tops, before they're replaced by a discount mattress store or a laser tag arena. Mark my words. If you want fabric that costs more than your rent and service that makes you want to scream into a pillow, "Threads of Tyranny" is your place. If you value your sanity and your wallet, run. Run far, far away.
