After doing so, my start date was repeatedly pushed back with little to no communication. I made multiple attempts to follow up by email and phone, but responses were inconsistent or nonexistent. As a result, I was left without employment and without income, despite having done everything required on my end. This situation could have been avoided with clearer communication and better coordination. I understand that delays can happen, but leaving a candidate without updates after they've resigned from their job is unacceptable. I hope Randstad improves its communication and accountability so other candidates do not experience the same hardship.
