Given she's living in a new area we had to research a local florist. Yelp and other reviews for Sanford florist were great so we thought we were safe. Especially with a new florist we always use a teleflora arrangement since pics are included and we know what should be delivered. As you can see from pics it is not a deluxe (not really basic either). The flowers were delivered on schedule the Sunday before Valentine's Day due to her work schedule. I called the florist the minute my daughter sent a picture of the arrangement. They relayed they were closed but someone would call first thing Monday morning. They did which was good customer service. I sent the pic from the website and the arrangement to the florist and they would get back with me. They did and offered to bring a new arrangement that day and needed the old arrangement in turn. Explained why it was a Sunday delivery and requested the new arrangement the following Sun and they wouldn't because they needed the 'wrong' arrangement to show the stylist. I explained that the picture (and I had others) could do that and they wouldn't budge. The representative said the manager would call me back. The same representative called back and said the manager was busy but offered me a 20% discount. I relayed that I would take it but that just about came about to price for basic and still wanted a call by the manager. Three days later I've yet to receive the 20% credit or a call by the manager. If they had followed through I would have given them a second chance. Our daughter just got engaged and this was somewhat of a test drive on whether to work w them for the wedding. So unfortunate. Can't risk it.

To confirm delivery, I was emailed a link to a high-res image of the arrangement left on my friend's doorstep. The actual arrangement looked similar to the website picture. It was beautiful. The price of the flowers and delivery was on par with competitors. I signed up on In Bloom Florist's website and got 15% off. I was able to include a message on a card. The flowers were delivered fast, next day. The whole process was easy and efficient.
