Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Customer Experience…read more I would not recommend Legacy Tattoo Lounge based on my experience and the extremely unprofessional response I received after sharing my concerns. I visited this establishment shortly after opening, hoping to get a tattoo. Upon arriving, I was told I would need to return in two hours, despite not seeing any other customers in the lobby. While I understand that appointments may take priority and walk-in availability is not guaranteed, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. After sharing my experience in a Google review, the business responded with an unnecessarily hostile, sarcastic, and disrespectful message. Rather than professionally addressing my concerns, they accused me of being entitled, claimed I demanded service, questioned my character, and even mocked my perception of the situation. For the record, I never demanded that an artist stop working with another customer, nor did I ask to skip anyone in line. Those accusations were entirely fabricated by the business. What is most concerning is that a business would choose to publicly attack a potential customer simply for expressing dissatisfaction. Regardless of whether management agrees with a review, there is absolutely no justification for insulting customers or attempting to intimidate them into silence. As someone who felt discriminated against during my initial visit, the aggressive response to my review only made the experience more disappointing. Customer service is about more than providing a service; it is also about treating people with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, my experience with Legacy Tattoo Lounge reflected neither. I encourage potential customers to read how this establishment responds to negative feedback before deciding to spend their money here. Their response speaks for itself. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage others to consider establishments that value professionalism and respectful customer service.
