We recently went to Arsenal since my person has gotten many tattoos there over the years, and we both wanted to get a few more (one for him and two for me, see pics). The facility is very clean, yet has a fun atmosphere. The staff are great. Cliff did an amazing job, from concept development/sizing/placement to execution of the final tattoo. He was very sweet and kept checking on me as we progressed to make sure I was doing alright. I/we have plans for more tattoos in the future, and we will definitely be going back to Arsenal and Cliff. read more

Had my first tattoo done by Cliff. From the first time I visited with his wife to the time Cliff finished the tattoo I was very pleased. I felt like I was treated by the staff of a 5 star hotel. All of the folks there are so nice. I brought Cliff some pictures of what I wanted but ask him to create a memorable tattoo to honor my Dad. What he came up with was way more than what I was expecting. They are very talented and I would recommend Arsenal to anyone wanting a quality tattoo. Their place is extremely clean and they take all steps to insure you don't have to worry about any problems. They also make sure you are comfortable and if you need to take a break it's no problem. This tattoo shops is actually a family favorite! My dad, sister, and I all got our various tattoos done here (my dad got tattoos on his ankles, my sister got tattoos on her ankles and foot, and I got a foot tattoo up near my pinky toe). They are incredibly friendly and open to just about any kind of tattoo idea you want. However, they also keep what's best for the customer in mind as well. There were absolutely no down sides about coming here the first, second, nor third time. They are incredibly sterile and clean their equipment extremely well and all for a reasonable price (base price of $50 and then if your tattoo is huge, of course the price will go up from there). I cannot sing enough praises about this tattoo shop! Go here! read more

While the tattoo I got there was great the artist ( Audrey ) made it to where I wouldn't go back. Her mannerisms made me uncomfortable. She would say things and then deny she did. She seemed defensive and not coherent. I found her very unpleasant Ive been to many different tattoo shops and never felt this way she is strange and not in a good way. I called today to make an appointment for a tattoo (lines of text) and was told that they will only tattoo four words at a time. I'm sorry...what? After asking several questions I was told that it is because they don't "age well". Well guess what? No tattoo ages well. I'm over 30 years old and not intoxicated, so why in the world would you not tattoo what I ask for. Very disappointed. read more
