My Mom was quite particular in wanting a lemon cake, not too heavy but just perfectly sweet. It was as ordered. In addition to the cake were these wonderful tarts that allowed for the guests to choose. =The cake when on the plate looked like you would never be able to get through a piece because it was so rich but that was not the case. I shared the pumpkin pie, nanaimo bar and blueberry crumble with a friend, and my personal favourite would be the pumpkin pie. Her favourite was the nanaimo bar. The service was great. The staff was friendly and patient. He told us how they just opened last June. The place was vibrant and clean. I'm so glad they have Craig's Cookies in Georgian Mall. We'll definitely be back to try out their other cookies.
