It was not long after Alex Simanovsky & Associates took our cases that we were notified that the manufacture would indeed be buying back the vehicle after all. Before i contacted them, i found some negative reviews, but anyway i gave his firm a chance, they said they only take cases they know they can win, i only had my brand new GM truck for less than 1 year and it spent over 2 months combined at the shop, i had every single document from the dealership with highlighted dates, pictures, videos, details, i sent everything, it couldn't been easier for this law firm, i thought, easy case for them, they reviewed my case and said they were going to help me and GM had to pay their fees win or lose, i was happy. BIG MISTAKE. with the holidays and everything my case took over 90 days. In the beginning the communication was good between them and i, at the end of the "90 day limit"the lawyer that was helping me MISS AMAYA, disappeared, no answering my emails, phone calls or text messages, several days later i finally got an email from ALEX SIMANOVSKI saying something like, there in nothing we can do to help you with this case it will be more expensive to keep fighting VS compensation from GM, i will post pics of the email if you want to read it. I asked him for a DENIAL LETTER FROM GM because i wanted to confirm and keep it for my records, never got a response. I have so many questions like, DID GM OFFERED THEM SOME KIND OF DEAL TO CLOSE THE CASE? DID GM PAID A COMPENSATION BUT I NEVER SAW A DIME? THEY SAID THEY ONLY TAKE CASES THEY CAN WIN, MINE WAS EASY BUT THEY STILL COULDN'T DO ANYTHING? DID I GET SCAMMED? Those are questions i will never get the answers to.

They are too busy being busy or they have a high turnover in their back office team to send clients an email consecutively every 2 weeks (or call/text). I had like 3 case managers in 2 months and only 1 knew what was going on in my case. I want my legal team to advocate for me like I'm their friend and my friend would have at least used the free mailchimp service to send me an email so that I stay up-to-date with my case, treatments, and whatever else randomly that may come up.
