I ordered yesterday online and went for Curb Side pick up as advertised, as even advertised on THIS page. They didn't have it, I called three numbers I found on their website to tell them I'm there. I finally had to go to the door and shout to the employees who remained at the front of the store rather than coming to speak to me. I had a mask on. I couldn't hear them so I finally just shouted "can you pls just bring it to me? I ordered curbside pick up and it's paid for"they made me feel like I was unreasonable for asking for what they advertised during a pandemic. I have heart failure and I caregive my 90 yr old mother. Weed is nice but it's not a risk I'm ready to take. I spent a few hundred $$ there, you'd think you'd want to keep a customer that wants to shop local and will come to you instead of getting delivery that the shop pays for. I sent a msg to them asking them to remove the Curbside Pickup claims, no response, still advertised EVERYWHERE. read more
