Kristin was very patient with me while I selected my fabrics and style. She even helped me come up with a creative solution to make my roller shades disappear when fully open. We decided on motorized roller shades and it is the greatest decision I have ever made! We did a black fascia instead of a cassette(valance) to cover the rollers so that it would blend into our black window frames. They disappear during the day and give us privacy at night. The best part, they go up and down at the times we chose so we never think about them! If needed, Amazon's Alexa is always there to help! We had one small manufacture glitch that was taken care of IMMEDIATELY! The day I notified Kristin of the problem she had the manufacturer ship out the replacement part and her husband was at our house repairing the motor within a couple of days! We have had NO other issues with our roller shades. The only reason I am even mentioning this very small glitch is to let you know how fast they will resolve any issue that might come up. If I ever need to purchase window coverings again in Austin, I will 100% still use Budget Blinds East Austin, Giddings & Surrounding Areas! Stop searching for a company and call them now!

I got so many compliments on the flowers and how the combination of flowers were so pretty. Honestly, I feel like a lot of ppl can arrange flowers or put a bunch of flowers in a vase. So, again, I will just stress that I feel like Melanie definitely has an eye for floral design and I was very happy with how the flowers turned out. The only complaint I would have is that it is a little bit hard to get a hold of Melanie, as I've seen a few other reviewers mention. But, she does a great job and is reliable, so I really can't hold it against her. She seems to get really focused and caught up in whatever wedding is coming up, so I'm guessing she just spends more time actually arranging flowers vs business administrative things. So, bottom line: Last Petal does gorgeous work. You might not get a lot of communication from Melanie, but don't worry, your flowers will turn out great!
