The staff at the Howard Center is the best I've encountered IN MY LIFE. No rude receptionists who are too full of themselves to greet you with a proper hello or check you in on time. No unanswered questions or phone calls that leave you hanging. No cold, impersonal health workers whose only goal is to get you in and out of their doors in 5 seconds flat. Everyone there was so friendly and warm, and so were the offices and patient rooms. They also have drinks and snacks in the waiting room but if anyone from there is reading this, may I request Coke Zero please? :D

My doctor was so informative. She answered every single question I had and then some. Every single lady I came into contact with today was impactful on just how great I left feeling. With receptionists and gynecologists like this, it makes you look forward to your next visit. The rooms are so nice and clean. so are the restrooms and sitting area. If you're looking for the best care, someone who can answer all your questions and give you great advice/feedback, definitely come here. My doctor had so much information to give me on PCOS, which is rare in my opinion, and other health matters. She's so friendly, knowledgeable and professional to say the least. We had our annual exams done today (no affiliation with Greystone & the exams were done normal) & I…read morethought about the horrible experience we had here last year that I forgot to review. Ariana Thompson provided my mom & I an entire wham, bam, thank you ma'am exam! She performed our breast taps (it definitely wasn't an exam) through the gown like she was afraid to touch our skin. She acted as if we were contagious or something. If there were any lumps, abnormalities, etc., she wouldn't have known. While attempting to perform the pap smear, it hurt so bad & she had to be told to stop. She then said that maybe she should've tried a smaller instrument. She didn't ask any questions nor did she ask or care if we had any. My mom & I were appalled when we spoke about our individual visits & how comparable they were. I was hurt because I booked my mom's appointment with Ariana! Please get her off those billboards taking up space! Dr. Uzor you are truly missed! We will get to your current facility in due time.

They lie, I spoke to the office manager and she said they cancel appointments if another facility haven't sent records yet she indicates this an hour before appointment after baby sitters have been set up and a week has passed by. Call was made for clarity and she cited the release forms were not sent because we had not registered for patient portal. However the patient registration was complete. lol. Further after trying to gain clarity at how to get the form she okayed me and hung up on me rudely. I can only imagine the bedside manner of the doctors if they allow people like this to run the office and the front desk lady was a fast talker just figure it out attitude as well.

When I informed her that I needed more information before making any decisions, she suggested I visit a nearby abortion clinic (Refuge) and gave me a price quotation for treatments I hadn't even requested. One star will have to do since, if I could, I would rank my experience a zero.
