If you like seafood pizza the Szechuan chilli prawn is absolutely delicious with a good amount of spice and a generous serving of prawns. There are also great vegetarian options with the florentine ricotta being my pick. The option is also there to customize your pizza. It is not the cheapest takeaway pizza chain with most large pizzas costing around $20 however the ingredients are fresh and the options delicious.

We got the Lamborghini with lamb meatballs, tomato, eggplant and ricotta and the Americano with tomato, pepperoni and topped with rocket (arugula) and roasted garlic oil. The smoky flavour in the crust also kicks in, just a delight! The Carbonara Pasta was rich but not sickening and comforting as it should be. If you were after a creamy Pasta this is the one. If you were after a tomato base one, the Gamberi is fresh from the sea just with a hint of chilli. Overall, the pasta is cooked to the texture that would please most diners and well seasoned. More importantly, it is easy to notice that the chef plated it with care and finesse which indicates pride in serving the dish! Conclusion Great local restaurant, people of the North West, you don't have to travel far saving you time, toll and money as the quality is on par if not better than highly rated Italian restaurants such as Criniti's and Jamie's.

I will have to agree and disagree with the previous two reviews made by other people. I do agree…read morethat the prices are a little high (especially for the pastas, come on pasta costs next to nothing and has no real effort to make it) but the pizzas are surprisingly very good and similar to some styles of Italian pizza in Italy. I lived in Austria (20minutes drive from the Italian border) so I know a thing or two about traditional and not so traditional pizzas in Italy. I can safely say that in the area made in Italy has the best Italian style pizzas. They use proper Italian ingredients including Italian sausages, I have noticed that they use authentic Italian made Nutella on their Nutella pizzas rather than the slightly cheaper and slightly less flavoursome Australian made Nutella (yes most Nutella you see in Coles and woollies is actually locally made and has a slightly different taste and ingredient ratio). They also use proper Italian made/imported Peroni beer rather than the crap they get made under license in Australia. It's the little things made in Italy does best, and although I can see why some would struggle to justify the price for a pizza and pasta, it's the other small things and attention to detail that for me, makes all the difference. I would rather pay a little more to have Italian made things at an Italian restaurant than have pretend Australian made Italian products. Also this is Pyrmont, this isn't a working class suburb anymore. If you don't like the price then I do suggest going to enmore or Newtown for some cheap burnt hipster pizzas.
