This is more of a corner store rather than a cigar place…read more The humidor consists of a cabinet and two small humidors. I think their focus is mainly selling singles and cigarettes and other knick knacks. The sales person had no idea about cigars and just opened up the cabinet for me to have a look. Pricing is OK. A word of caution though their main humidor's was quite dry with humidity gauge showing its well below the recommend relative humidity level i.e. a dry cigar probably. The smaller humidors showed the right level of humidity. Not much of a variety here just your mainstream Cuban cigars and with a very limited range.

I've been purchasing wine from Vin Bon for many years (Richmond Hill and Ajax locations). The…read morequality of wine and customer service was excellent. My first experience at the Vin Bon Scarborough location was good. I ordered over the phone, from Marco, who was very helpful and nice although the wine was not quite as good as the other locations. Unfortunately, the other staff are not friendly or helpful. I feel that I'm disturbing their day. My subsequent orders were equally lacking in customer service. My most recent order was 98 bottles, all of which have extremely dry corks. Every bottle I open is dry and has cork sticking to the opener and the bottle. Very disappointing. I won't be ordering from this location again. I suggest you find a different location.

Here is my caveat. FULL DISCLOSURE- I do not consume wine, so I cannot comment on the quality, or…read morelack thereof, of said wine, BUT what I can attest to is the cathartic experience that bottling one's own wine provides. A neighbor recently asked us to to help her bottle, and although originally hesitant I thought maybe I'd just roll with it, and glad I did. My Wife and neighbor split 24 bottles of red for 120$, which works out to 5$ a bottle! Again I haven't a clue whether the wine is good or bad, but to me the math makes sense and I haven't heard any complaints thus far. The service was solid, instructions were clear in terms of how to clean, bottle and cork our wine, and we were left to our own devices to get it done. We quickly formed an assembly line and made short work of our 24 bottles, all told we probably spent a total of 30 minutes from start to finish and the process was undeniably enjoyable. I may even have a new hobby.

I went in to the store all excited about purchasing a new fishing rod and reel they literally stood with me for over an hour talking to me and listening to me hum and haw over what I wanted. Not only did they take the time to address my needs and concerns but they showed me a wide range of reels some 40 dollars and some 400 dollars talking about the pros and cons of each reel. They really know there stuff. I won't go to box stores for big purchases because they would never EVER take the time Gagnon staff took with me that day..

The local Toronto florists recently opened a storefront this May and the space is beyond gorgeous - definitely perfect for a girls day out or even a date to yourself. The shop is painted a calming coral pink colour where there are plants, vases, and flowers throughout. They do have grab and go bouquets as well near the cashier. They have coffee as well as wine by the glass (or bottle!) as well as a selection of items for sale (cards, jewelry, prints, scrunchies, etc.). There are several tables as well as a cute couch area set up for you to hang out in. I dropped by Bloom Bar Studio on a Sunday around noon after following them on Instagram for the longest time. The store is super cute and pretty where there's lots to look at. I opted to get a flat white from the counter where it was made at a reasonable time. The staff were extremely friendly and personable. I sat for a bit after getting my coffee where I enjoyed the space. The coffee wasn't the best I've had but wasn't the worst either. Overall, an extremely cute space for coffee, wine, or to grab some flowers! Definitely do check them out if you are around the area!

Humidor room for cigars and fancy pipes on the walls. A little pricier than my boss expected, but he doesn't smoke either, so we're oblivious to tobacco prices.
