When workers do show up they do work that is average in quality, although in some cases mistakes were made or omissions to scope occurred, which took a long time to rectify. In some cases those mistakes or omissions were never rectified. Getting someone to come out to my property to do work was a huge challenge. Sometimes workers would show up unannounced, unsure of what it was they were to do. My requests for service, even for work under warranty, were often ignored by the office staff. I have reached the point where it is time to move on and find a company that has an acceptable level of customer focus.

If you are looking for a heart warming business to work with and have your roof etc worked on this is the business to work with. I can't express how kind and hard working they are, very STRAIGHT FORWARD with pricing and no HIDDEN FEES, or charging EXTRA FEES for small things like most companies. Thank you, Cesar for making me feel comfortable and giving off such family feeling. I appreciate you and your staff's courteous work ethic and moral. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.
