Long story short, the truck was a day late costing me $$ for workers that were waiting for materials and delaying the project. I called and spoke to Amanda who claims she is the manager and I asked how she would make this right since it cost me a bundle because of their error. She said she would phone me back. She didn't. I called again and left her a message. No call back. Called again, and she happened to pick up the phone ... she said she forgot about my situation (genious customer service right there), and she wasn't really willing to do much anyway. The customer service here is terrible. I was looking for a bit of ownership to the problem and proactiveness to make things right. I get it, things happen. But when you get rude people who "forget" about your situation it's really an example of a company that could care less about their customers. She finally credited me a small amount, but it wasn't close to the cost of the delay. After everything, the low level of customer service made me more furious than the delayed truck. Bottom line: Save time and money and call someone else.

I gave her a chance because as a person of color I want to support a woman of color but I was severely mistaken. She is greedy for money. She doesn't own up to her make belief reputation. She subcontracts a lot, using a network of carpenters, plumbers, cabinet makers, electrician and pay them in turn to do part of the work. The few things she does is also overestimated. I do not trust her. Be also careful of her company with vague website, no physical address for her company, her quote she gave me didn't have any address. She advertises on social media platform to avoid getting reviews. Once she takes money and complete or doesn't complete her work, there is no way to track her -with only a phone number. Most of the times she doesn't answer her phone. My close friend got scammed and I want to warn others.
