I've asked numerous times to bring somebody in and he wouldn't allow it. He finally said it was okay. I chose Kim's company because of the way they approached and talked to me on the phone about cleaning the house spotless. I'm very impressed with the work they do. The baseboards were black when they were done. They were back to a white color like once again the bathrooms were very messy. They made them shining in the sparkle like when my mom was here doing the work. My heart goes out to Kim and her cleaning team, I will never forget what she's done for me and from my mom's house. She will now be my new cleaners as well as going to my mother's home to clean that. Thank you once again, I appreciate everything you've done. You're definitely a 5 Star cleaning company

I don't understand how they need 6 hours for that. They called me at the end of their time slot to let me know that they needed two more hours. I was in a meeting and missed their calls (all within 10 minutes of each other). When I followed up with them about it, they sent me "before" photos of my kitchen covered in dirt. The dirt was not from me, the cleaners knocked over my plants and covered the kitchen in soil and tried to say that was the "before". I asked them if they could come back to finish the job and they said " at this moment the cleaners are already at another unit and we are fully booked. Therefore, we are not able to send someone back to your unit at this time." not offering any other dates or times to come finish the job. I know they're gonna reply and say the kitchen dirt wasn't why they needed more time and that they actually stayed another 13 minutes (debatable) but ultimately a really negative experience. Definitely pre-deep-clean your condo for their cleaning to take the quoted amount and sit by your phone the whole several hour period because you can't miss their call when they inevitably hit you up for more money.

She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8-5 person like myself. Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. Moreover, they cleaned the drawers too, no crummies - success! After the cleaning, her team stayed and waited for me to review the work. They were friendly and patient to explain to me what they did and man they did a great job (I have super white sinks). I will use Katie on a regular basis : )

They took $30 off my total charge, but still paying $105 for the inconvenience of having to clean myself, especially given that our home doesn't have enough space or belongings (it's an Air BnB) to justify the cost is brutal. Other things were missed like cleaning the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, dusting of certain areas. Very disappointing. When I followed up on the service, I never even received an apology.
