Would give zero stars if it was an option. The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. After we…read morehad decided that we did not want the furniture we had been looking at, a woman proceeded to yell across the store "good luck finding these prices at schewels or grands!" Which we just ignored, then another employee said that the gentlemen I had with me had "a pissy attitude" which was completely unprovoked and uncalled for. Then we were "escorted" to the front door because we basically told them to just go away and the employee that escorted us acted like he was going to get physical with the gentlemen I had with me for absolutely no reason. We were merely trying to leave and were harassed by just about the entire staff. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service. We will never go back and highly discourage anyone else from doing business with them. Also furniture is very cheap quality and they know very little about anything they are selling. Much higher quality of furniture was purchases elsewhere.

Thought I was making a good decision visiting this store rather than going to the actual Verizon…read morestore at Valley View. What a mistake. Took two hours to upgrade two lines to new iPhone 17's and lots of promises were made. After logging into my Verizon account at home my next bill forecast was over $400 and I had four new mystery lines that weren't associated with my account showing on my bill. Took two calls to Verizon and two hours of my time to get this fixed. Ultimately the last person I spoke to at Verizon fixed my issues and actually lowered my next bill to just over $200. Also lowered my future bills by $27 from what I was paying before upgrading. In the future I'll just call Verizon from the comfort of my home and not get involved with people who don't know what they're doing. Nice enough guys but obviously incompetent. Avoid unless you like getting screwed.

The first question you might have is What is a Ladle? Just like I had. Well, a ladle is a large, deep spoon, often used in the preparation and serving of soup, stew, or other foods. In the book Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens, a Ladle is used to pour the gruel in Oliver's bowl. And when he is not satisfied with one bowl, the famous frase is uttered: "Please Sir. I want some more". To start off with, the owner/manager of this local business is a delightful human being. Every time I have visited this business located on Market Street in Downtown, Roanoke, she has come out of the back to greet me with a big smile and ready to help me find anything I needed. Today, she even found some special chips that a customer had tasted somewhere and liked but could not locate. She had sampled and liked it and brought the product to sell at her store. View my photographs accompanying this review and you will be able to see it. She not only carries kitchen products but some food items, and recipe books as well. All you can think related to the kitchen. Now that the Chinese New Year is approaching. She has some interesting Chinese items. And since next month is Valentine's Day, she has this special knife gift all wrapped up for people to give to their loved one on this special occasion. I highly recommend this local business. View my photographs of the many interesting things they carry, and drop by whenever you're around or have a need of something related to the kitchen. She will be more than happy to help you find it, and you will be supporting a local business and a deserving local small business owner.
