She not only assumed I was pregnant, but I felt like she did not care but to get me out of the store. She mentioned one dress, but because I was not looking for a pink dress, she began to try and quickly send me to another store. She did not even try to consider the options elsewhere in the store and then tried to push for an online sale. As someone who not only has a hard time feeling confident and comfortable in clothing during their pregnancy, this was very heartbreaking and definitely did not make me feel great. I used to love buckle, especially because they carried some of my favorites surf brands, but I will not likely return to this location due to her making me feel horrible about myself.

They're not inexpensive, about on par with Amazon, but I get 15% off coupons regularly in the mail and that'll get me in there to buy some more kitchen items. I usually end up going in for one item and ending up buying a few more of their ingenious gadgets. It is worth saying again though, and is the reason why I came to Yelp to review them: The staff is consistently friendly and when it isn't busy I've found myself just having an interesting conversation about cooking, etc. They are bright and well-informed about their business.

I also purchased the repair warranty they offer. Brand new furniture was delievered with a hole in it. Delievery driver noticed it to and marked it down on the sheet and a manager will be in contact with me. Well 2 weeks go by (mid july) and nothing. So i go to the store and they arent even tracking the issue. They pulled the delievery slip and see the note from the driver. So they asked me to email them pictures and a manager will get back to me. I told them i spent alot of money and waited long enough. Either fix it or i want to return it. They tell me there is no returns on furniture. Which is funny because the manager James that walked us around the store and helped us pick all of our furniture out. Tried to sell me and my wife a $4000 mattress that was returned because someone got locked up 2 days after having it. Dont take returns but willing to sell me a used mattress smh. They tell me to go home and email a picture of the damage and email it to them. So a day or so goes by and i receive an email from the manager Bertha Navarro. Telling me she is going to help me with everything and get it taking care of. Ok cool right??? WRONG....... Bertha Navarro called me and said she will have someone out to fix it within 2 week. I thought ok. Its getting fixed. But nope it is now sept 8th and i havent heard a single word from them. They took my $3500 and gave me damaged goods. How can it possibly take this long?? They dont care about their customers or have any integrity. They are grimy, liars and crazy over priced. I would stay clear of them. I would do business with them if i was you. There managment is a joke. I still want my stuff fixed or returned with a full refund. Crazy part is like i said i paid crazy extra for the repair warranty and still cant get it fixed. Will be at the store monday raising hell. They are scumbags...

I came in to get my screen replaced and for the T-Mobile Tuesdays deals. Recently my phone wouldn't turn on, I couldn't figure out why even with the hard reset and a full battery charge. I came in early in the morning and waited for a bit and then when I was helped I was basically told that I would need a new phone and wasn't verified to be helped. I came back later after getting authorization and I'm so glad I came back when I did. The new people that helped me, Daryl and Chrystal, were amazing and were able to get my phone turned on. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the person in the morning wanting me to buy a brand new phone when it was fixable. Overall almost always a great experience.

We genuinely needed help, so it was very frustrating to be told to wait and then be left sitting there. We had our 12-month-old with us, and I ended up having to chase him around and keep him occupied while we waited for assistance that never came. Unfortunately, because of this, we'll have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get the help we needed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and could have been handled much better.
