I'm done with Home Depot. Ordered tile last year and it came broken. Ordered a tub recently and they sent the wrong one. Ordered tile and there was three case worth broken. The .com site needs to be answered by a human being. I'm already upset and I have to battle their phone system. The staff I talk to speak poor English. Communication is bad. The short version is shop at Conns instead. Biggest pain in my ass in a long time. Apparently the warehouse is unable to deliver to recent residential developments because Google doesn't recognize the address yet. Spent $1800 on a washer/dryer set and was told it wouldn't be a problem because the driver would call and confirm how to get there. Nope. Instead we called him to give directions and said he didn't need our directions and new where he was going before abruptly hanging up on us. Guess who didn't show up over an hour later? If you guessed the the know it all, you'd be correct. He showed up at the wrong address and said we weren't there. So he's also a liar. The warehouse gave us the run around and basically told us they couldn't deliver it because our address didn't exist and the other address wasn't the the right address. So I paid $1800 to be given a headache. We just moved, and spent an extra week with dirty clothes. Had to buy a whole weeks worth of clothes before finally going to Conns and getting taken care of. Our families business has officially moved next door to Lowe's. Service is so much better and when they say they will call it happens. We ordered doors for an install and here we are over a month later and still not installed. Door has been in store two weeks and the staff with Home Depot says they are calling installer and never return our calls. Almost went to Lowe's after we spoke with Kristen in the door/window department on day one because of her attitude and unwillingness to assist with our questions. If your not happy with your job or where you are working, do everyone a favor and quit so someone with respect and consideration can take the job. In the process now notifying the corporate office of this stores failure as a business and will be notifying BBB as well. Done With Home Depot!!!! read more

We decided to go with Home Depot to buy the things we needed to redo our home. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. There is this checker whose name is Eulogio (Not sure if I spelled that right), but he is the nicest and most friendliest checker I have ever came across. Always smiling and very patient. To have so many employees walking around, it seems like you can never find help! We are doing a re model right now so a lot of our time is spent between Lowes and Home Depot. While I feel like HD has a better variety we always seem to have a hard time finding help, and when you do they act like its a burden. read more
