The staff know exactly where everything is and you can find everything from handpainted minis to obscure RPG games. What it lacks and aesthetic it makes up twice fold with games, dice, etc. If you're new to the RPG community, it will look overwhelming and intimidating. The guy was busy selling another couple on a train set, but didn't seem to ask them any good questions till the end of his speech only to find out it was for a child, and not the gentleman. Also they have cats that roam free, and you can smell it and watch for poop.
