I'm shocked to read the negative comments, because I've had nothing but good experiences there. When my soya milk curdled in my coffee one time, it was replaced immediately with an apology and a smile. The staff are very friendly and informal and always up for a chat which is how I like it. That possibly may not suit some people who prefer a more subservient attitude. Personally, I really don't like being called Sir! I think the coffee is great, and the hot chocolate is superb. The smoothies are also delicious. Prices seem reasonable and in fact a little cheaper than some other establishments in town. Oh! nearly forgot they also have free wifi which works. Go!!
