It was both educational and much fun. They may have the largest selection of machine guns available to fire. His right hand Wade was a great instructor in how to use a hand gun. A wonderful experience and definitely worth the time and modest investment if you're within 60 miles of Lake Martin, Alabama.

Everyone was friendly and easy to train with, and the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable for all types of people -- men and women, young and old. The facility was clean, had plenty of mat space with quality mats, and the showers were a huge plus. There are also some weights for extra conditioning, which is a nice bonus. Kyle uses a curriculum and repeats the lessons so you have a chance to assimilate the knowledge and learn the fundamentals, and this would be a great place for beginners of all ages. They also like to compete and are affiliated, which is great for more advanced practitioners looking to do IBJJF tournaments. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I honestly didn't want to come here, but it was someone's birthday so I went. I had a fun time bowling with them. But I would have had a good time anywhere with them. I had a very bad experience here when I was in high school and honestly the place has not redeemed itself. If you'd like to bowl on a budget, then this is the spot for you. Nothing major has changed about this place since the 90's. I took pics of other folks food because I can't eat at places with ratings below 92. They have a birthday party deal where each bowler gets a meal with a drink. They also serve alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly. It gives me great ideas on how to improve my own gym in every aspect. I dropped in on Wednesday morning during the 5am class on 10/16/2024. The coach was said "hi" but that was about it. The coach never held a whiteboard talk about what the program was for the day. Did not go over the warm up or even demo a movement. Did not speak on the "left" or "Metcon" potion. She was too busy warming up, lifting and workout herself. No sense of care or motivation for any athlete to do good or be better. Also when class ended, she was the first one out the door to leave. Do what you will with the information I have presented to you but people pay a good price for more than that experience. I definitely will not be dropping into this location again.
