Beautiful location with a family feel. You have your own beach access, hangout spot with games (corn hole, firepit, ping pong table) and most sites have a small deck with a picnic table. The most beautiful part are all the trees that provide shade and beautiful scenery throughout. Down the street from supermarkets, restaurants, Navarre Beach and the amazing Gulf Breeze Zoo (must visit!)

If you want a nice and clean park right on the beach, this is for you. The grounds are kept nicely clean, bathhouses were clean. Pros: - Clean and neat - Close to everything, restaurants and shopping nearby - Right on beach/bay - Washers and dryers on site, you can pay on your phone and it will notify when done Cons: - Too expensive - Very unlevel sites (some sites you have to use 4 or 5 2x4s) - No fires allowed - Sites are very tight and small, not easy to back in - You will feel rushed trying to hook/unhook since you block the road - Firewood is $12 for a 5/6 log bundle

Read a lot of the reviews here and decided to experience it ourselves. If you are looking for a cookie cutter sodded resort to park your 45' motor-coach then you at the wrong place. But if you want a very unique, very shaded canopy tree, clean, friendly place for your smaller campers then you will love this place! Great views and cozy feels. Love how dog friendly it is. Clean and will see friendly crews working on site everyday to keep this place up. Each site is very different so I can see how some may not like the site they get but others absolutely loved theirs. Its just preference I think. We loved it. And you get a courtesy spotter to help you get situated on site which could likely save you a very awkward couple hours after being frustrated with your wife/spotter... lol... We'll be back for sure!! To get 5 stars Id like to see wifi improved, paddle boards added or omitted from advertising as we left ours home based on the ad, and cats on leash rule, potholes fixed at entrance which is probably a county issue...

Horrible experience with management. I booked a tent spot. Someone else was setting up in it. No table. No tent pad...in a fenced yard belonging to a house on the property. When I asked for clarification she bullied me, Called me names and was highly unprofessional. SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I COULDN'T PARK AT MY SITE. That I would " block other people's view" . I let her know it wasn't going to be a good fit. She agreed to "let me go for a booking fee" the reniged. Note. Never stay here

If you are thinking about coming to this campsite...DO IT! You wont regret it. The campsite is so nice, in a great location between Navarre and Destin, and has incredible views! I cannot brag enough about how nice the other campers were and how helpful the staff was. Our air conditioner stopped working and we had three large dogs with us who were getting very hot. The girls in the office turned on the air conditioner in the back office and let us put the pups in there to cool off while we got our air fixed. I cannot say how much that meant to me. Maddie is so sweet and friendly! We chatted one rainy day for about an hour! I highly recommend this site and we have already decided to come back next Spring. 5/5 stars.

Not sure about all these negative reviews. This place is a Florida Cracker gem. We love this place and would stay here again. We had a water view lot over looking the sound. Dogs can play on the beach and you can sit on the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Our small trailer barely fit. Trees everywhere. Beware.

**BE WARNED** We stayed at this place for 5 nights. To start off the place is so tight to try and even get a simple travel trailer into. They had a "spotter" that was assisting me to back my trailer into, she told me to keep backing up... yup hit a tree. Damaged my ladder. First thing out of their mouth was, "it's still your responsibility, we offer a spotter as a courtesy " I was disappointed, as I was simply trusting the spotter to not steer me into a tree. I was wrong. The place smelled horrible. The site next to us actually had a pump out service come out. The bath house was scary. The beach was a small area that backed up to a sea wall with a scary looking house / cabin on site. The price paid was way high for what we received. The associates / owner kept asking me to move my vehicle, even after offering another parking spot close to my campsite, that was taken by someone else. (Little to no parking) Their website tells a much different story than 3rd party review sites. Good Luck!

We just stayed here for 2 nights in spot #4. Unfortunately I'm a little underwhelmed. The Good: -front office staff very nice, friendly and welcoming -lots of trees in the camp -nice big deck in our campsite -unleashed dogs allowed on the beach area The Not so Great: -insanely overpriced. $145 PER NIGHT for spot #4. They call it a "double spot" but really only the deck is usable as the area behind the deck is sand. It's the kind of sand that makes you dirty. Yuck. -on the map of the place online, it looks like #4 has a view of the water behind it. It doesn't. The lot behind is unkempt and gross. Not the park owners fault at all, but worth mentioning. Your view will be straight out toward the gravel road and down only. -TONS of nearly constant traffic in and out of the park. Makes sitting outside on the nice deck mentioned earlier not so great. -the guy on the golf cart. He buzzed around the circle nearly constantly all day long. I get it he's maintaining areas but... -$5 per pet charge. For what? Our dogs got fleas on them. Good thing they are on flea treatment. And yes I know, the owners can't control fleas from other dogs but I don't get the charge. Is it so they can go unleashed on the beach? I'm still cleaning up after them so it makes no sense. -the campground in general is noisy. Lots of foot, car and golf cart traffic from morning to night. One final big thing worth mentioning is that there is an army base very close by. Both nights we were here, they were firing 50 caliber machine guns for several hours. Not the park owners fault at all, but should be mentioned when someone books in case they have PTSD. Overall, we probably wouldn't stay again. The pricing is just way off. We honestly feel ripped off. $305 for 2 nights. The sunsets are gorgeous though as you can see and it's also obvious that the new owners care a great deal for this place and that's great.

This small, boutique style camp ground is an excellent place to call home while visiting the Emerald Coast! The grounds are immaculate and very nicely landscaped. The sites are situated with a random, retro feel to allow maximum use of the space while maintaining privacy. They are not lined up like a parking lot! Many sites offer breathtaking views of the sound & gulf. There is a community area they call "The Hang Out" that includes a community fire pit, corn hole and many other yard games. Fires are not allowed on site for two reasons, to protect the beautiful oak and magnolia trees located throughout the park and to encourage community among the guests. This campground is very dog friendly. Dogs must be on a leash in the park BUT on the resorts privately owned beach, dogs may run unleashed! It's amazing! The owner and the management team are always available if anything comes up and any issues are quickly resolved. During our stay, another camper ran over a water line. The resort was without water while the situation was resolved in less than 30 minutes. The resort has a very private feel yet it has easy access to many restaurants and activities in the area. We loved this resort and will certainly return.

Excellent location, I was in site 46 right off the beach and sand wall. My rig is low enough but larger rigs should use site 44 or 45 since I have shade trees right above my Minnie Winnie. Had a wonderful time here and great seafood restaurants nearby. What would I improve? Maybe an extra dumpster for trash for the holiday travelers. What was amazing? The views, peaceful, no bugs (yes! None and I was prepared to spray everywhere around my rig... I did get a small fly in my rig at the gas station across the street.

Sunset.. beach.. view towards the water/beach.. and "Kat".. the community cat who brings so much joy to everyone as well as us!

Places to eat out nearby? Bars? Nightlife? Distance to places to eat & drink & music?

Navarre itself offers limited, but good seafood places. Just 20 miles to the East is Destin and Fort Walton Beach-huge tourist towns with night life, and restaurants of every kind, to suite anyone's particular peccadillo.

Park near Felix's restaurant and enter downstairs under Felix's. There is a little ramp that takes you to the bay side where you catch the boat. No signs mark the area, but you will see others waiting in the area. These are most likely your fellow boaters. They suggest you arrive 45 minutes prior to departure. Our tour was scheduled for 10:00 AM; we arrived at 9:20 AM. The wait is easy with the beautiful scenery are lovely breeze. There are tables and chairs to sit at while waiting. The boat came out of the bay to get us, so don't be surprised if you don't see a boat when you first arrive. You will walk in the sand for a short distance before taking the pier to get onto the boat. A gentleman will take your last name that you made the reservations under, so you don't need tickets to show the reservation. The guys can help you on the boat if needed. The boat is a double decker. The lower area is shaded with large 3-3-1/2' port type widows which are open for a great breeze and maximum viewing. The captain will briefly go over safety instructions and what to do in case of an emergency. This is standard procedure on any chartered vessel. Don't be late! We had a group of 4 board at the last minute so all the instructions they missed had to be restated. Very annoying and rude, so don't be THAT person/group. You must stay seated while leaving the pier, but after you leave, you are free to roam the vessel. All seats are around the perimeter of the boat and each side of the boat has 7 windows. There's plenty of room for viewing. The captain does a great job of turning the boat so everyone gets to see the dolphins no matter which side you are seated. They sell canned sodas, bottles water and chips; no alcohol. There are plenty of grab bars to steady yourself once the boat gets going. It was a very smooth ride. Even when fishing boats went by us and created wake, we didn't feel much at all. I don't think anyone would have trouble with sea sickness. There is plenty of room for strollers, adult walkers, etc. No restrictions on purses. Several people had diaper bags for the kids and backpacks. There is a restroom onboard. We saw several pods of dolphin. It was a so neat how they come very close to the boat. Dylan/Dillion, of the boat hands, was so good at engaging with our group. Though he is young (born in 2001), he has been in Pensacola all his life and is very knowledgeable about the dolphins and the history of Pensacola. He was a pleasure to meet. After the dolphin viewing we took a cruise around the entire bay. We saw Ft. Pickens, the haunted lighthouse, million dollar homes, the military base area and so much more. I wasn't expecting the cruise to be as much fun as the dolphin viewing. They played reggae music while we cruised. I'm so glad we decided to do this tour! We were returned to the same area we left originally. For only $30 (plus taxes/fees and not including cancellation insurance you can add), this was a great deal! The vessel staff work for tips, so please remember to take care of them.

We could see the ocean and feel the salty air hit our cheeks and sometimes tangle our hair but it was always something my family and I looked forward to. We met Sage and her family maybe four years ago. I was so impressed to learn that Sage was only a teenager when she founded her company. Her family supported her idea of supplying Navarre with bikes to maneuver around the quaint town. And it grew beyond bikes. Our time in Navarre was always with Sage Paddles on the itinerary after discovering how peaceful and memorable scooting around town afforded our family. We wanted to support Sage and her sweet family especially after we learned of her story. Sadly, as of last year they no longer have scooters available. We never quite got to the bottom of why but we have cherished the memories this small family owned company helped us create. And we fully recommend you heading on over there to book your paddle board and transportation needs. Fun fact: the movie Jaws was filmed in this small beach town.
