Sweet, upscale restaurant within walking distance of the Main Street. Corn chowder was delicious! Bottle of Lindeman's Chardonnay is great. Their house brand I think. The black cherry mojito is a little artificial tasting but good. The ambiance is casual yet upscale with the nice wall colors and mood lighting. I ordered the choose 2 option and got the ribs and the walleye fillet. Delicious green bean side and smoked Mac & cheese. The ribs were smokey and so tender, fall off the bone. The fillet I ordered it Parmesan crusted. Added great flavor to a mild white fish. A few fish bones- watch out! Waitress was attentive and kind. Great place! The only place to go in Currie! This place was astoundingly good. Who knew Currie boasted such an excellent restaurant? I had the harvest salad and the honey Dijon maple vinaigrette was AMAZING. My husband had the smokehouse barbecue sandwich with coleslaw and he said it was fantastic. We will go again when in the area. read more

Love this restaurant! We go here as often as we can, because it is the best restaurant in the area. They fill up fast, so you may want to get there early. They are closed on Sunday & Monday - The rest of the week they open at 5 o'clock. I have had their ribeye, which is just awesome - bit spendy, but worth it. I have also had their bone in chicken wings and also their boneless chicken wings - both very tasty. Onion rings are the best around. My husband usually orders the breaded shrimp, which he enjoys. They make their own soup, so if you're there on the day they have steak chili, you must try it. It is so good. For dessert, their Crème Brûlée with a rhubarb bottom is awesome! My husband loves the pink squirrel ice cream drink. read more

Was camping on nearby Lake Shetek last weekend and was needing a hot meal and a cold beer. REALLY good setup down there. Great selection of beers. Saturday night had the prime rib which was great, but all the smoked fare is also excellent. I am heading back to that area for pheasant hunting soon, and will certainly stop in for an end-of-the-day meal. read more

I went last with a friend and we both had the prime rib sandwich. I had the onion rings as a side and she had the potato wedges. Our sandwiches were amazing and the onion rings were good. The potatoes were a little too salty for our taste. Great service and very good waitress. read more

I recently ate here last week and I forgot to put my review up. For starters this place is awesome. Very nice inside and had a welcoming feeling. Its casual nature made it that much better. When I first arrived there was a waiting list and they had a texting service that would alert you when your table was ready. There was a link that allowed you to check the estimated wait time. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a sirloin with these mini hash brown patties; very happy I got that as a side. It also came with a vegetable. The steak was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Very pleased with my experience and I will definitely be eating there again soon. read more

An absolute gem! Made a point to try out this restaurant on a weekend overnight stay at nearby Lake Shetek State Park. Menu looked good online and we tried the Prime Rib special and BBQ Brisket. WOW!!! Both were phenomenal along with the garlic mashed side and sweet juicy sweet corn. Portions were perfect and every bite was amazing. Wait service was spot-on even during a busy Saturday night. Residents of this tiny town (Currie pop. 223) are sooooo lucky to have this great restaurant to eat at. We would absolutely return anytime we could to enjoy the great food and atmosphere. 5 stars all the way!!! read more

We had a gift certificate that I had received some time back. Wow, if I had known the food and service was so good we would have been there sooner. I had Walleye and my wife had the Broasted Chicken. Was all great as was the wife's Black Cherry Mojito. We also shared the appetizer sampler so we left we a large amount to eat later.
