Then first business day at opening time they took my hearing aid to do the full repair. The sound is perfect now. All staff is super friendly as well. I was wearing my favorite baseball cap and they asked me all about it. Within minutes I had almost told them my entire life story. I left in a better mood than I entered. It's really fun going to this place.

I wanted to try the Oticon…read morehearing aids and try Costco hearing aids too before I made a final decision on which one to go with. Advanced Hearing let me try the Oticon hearing aids for a trial period. I had to buy the hearing aids from Costco in order to try them. In the end I decided that the Oticon hearing aids were better, but also the knowledge and level of service that I received at Advanced Hearing was FAR superior to Costco. So I went with the Oticon hearing aids in the end.

A side note, many medical professionals, if they do not have an answer or diagnosis will say or do whatever comes to mind to pacify the patient, Dr Powers is not this type of Doc. My hearing hyper sensitivity brought up a situation that I did not know how to handle and after weeks of research I brought my findings to Doc Powers, did she squash my crazy idea because she didn't know the answer? NO she went out of her way to help setup communications with A DIFFERENT COMPANY for me because my situation was so unique. Me and my family will continue to use this outstanding audiologist until she retires!! You should too!

He took more time than I could have expected and was fantastic at explaining things. He was extremely knowledgeable and coached me on how to speak with the next doctors, what symptoms to focus on, and how to not get blown off by a doctor who sees my actual hearing doesn't have an issue. So caring and patient and helpful!!! Highly recommend this place. Thank you

He was thorough and asked intelligent questions. He really wanted to solve our different ENT mysteries. I was looking for a good chiropractor that allows patients to come in an "as needed" basis, and that is just one great part about him. He listens thoroughly to your concerns and explains what might be happening. He is very open and tells you the first visit that there are multiple ways to adjust different parts, so if a certain method is in any way uncomfortable he can do something else. He will not overdo it. On a particular visit, he adjusted me and when I stood up I would go back to where I was. He only tried a couple more times before telling me that he doesn't want to push my body too much. We tried something else and I came again later. I appreciate his honesty, and you can tell he really just wants you to feel better. Me and my husband both went to him and we are very sad that we have moved out of Fort Collins. I called him and asked for a referral, and he knew exactly who me and my husband were and gave us his opinion on what steps to take. He is a great honest guy, and I wish we could still go to him.
