I've been receiving acupuncture treatments regularly for about two years and my debilitating migraines and stomach problems are almost completely gone! Everyone in the office is so kind and understanding and I'm so thankful they could help me where traditional medicine couldn't!

My normal doctor doesn't dig into things, so I just gave up on finding out what's wrong. I was planning to pay big money for a general practice functional medicine doctor, when I learned about Sarah from a friend. Her prices were way more reasonable and she doesn't order unnecessary tests reducing costs even more! After the 15 minute consultation (free!), I knew she could help me figure this out. Because she specializes in pregnancy/postpartum, she has extensive knowledge of what bodies need throughout this crazy phase of life. After the free consultation, she had recommended lab work for me to do before our first appointment, so that at the first appointment, she could give me recommendations for moving forward (amazing! what a novel idea to not waste time or money!). At the first appointment, she narrowed down what she thought was going on. Her knowledge of cellular workings are impressive. I don't think I've ever spoken with someone so knowledgeable. She doesn't do one-size-fits-all and that's so amazing to find these days. She genuinely listens and researches all the information you provide (I had all my lab work for the past four pregnancies) to find a pattern of symptoms that clues her into what's going on. I'm excited to see if her recommendations work to heal my body so I can get back to caring for my children.

Wisdom Ways Acupuncture - Inger Giffin, Licensed Acupuncturist

I have benefitted from her skill in treating chronic circulatory and hormonal issues with great results. I have also benefitted in treatments and herbs for the multiple colds this winter has brought along with it. I used to get migraines typically once per week, and unfortunately it almost always happened on the weekend. I had felt like I had tried just about everything: cutting dairy and gluten out of my diet, essential oils, prescription meds (both preventative ones like frovatriptan and sumatriptan, as well as IBP 800 mg and Tylenol 3 for after the fact), daith piercings, magnesium - pretty much everything you can try besides Chinese medicine. I started going toward the end of February of this year, and while it was expensive, I was able to buy the packages on my FSA card. Inger was very thorough in her approach to my health, asking all the relevant questions to get a clear understanding of my condition. I also began an herb regimen under her guidance, as I wanted to get the most benefit out of it as possible. By April my migraines had pretty much stopped coming around regularly. Unfortunately I can't afford to continue with the acupuncture, but I've continued taking the herbs (blood-moving herbs, as Inger describes them), and have had great success with this. Inger totally understands my financial situation, and has continued to prescribe the herbs monthly, knowing that I've been benefitting from them greatly. I sincerely appreciate both her and Liz - they're lovely human beings that truly care about me and my health. I would highly recommend Wisdom Ways, especially if you're suffering from migraines. I always tell people about the relief I've received from Inger and the eastern medicine she practices, hoping it'll help someone like me.

Was made to feel comfortable even though first time I really didn't know anything about acupuncture or if it would work First time I came in was after I had a hard fall in my garage. Chiro and massage were not getting me fully up and running. Dr sent me for PT and that only made it worse! Took my chance with trying acupuncture and surprisingly I was all better after a couple of times. I was so grateful! Came back after a car accident on November 2019. Again did what I could with chiro and massage but acupuncture was what got me up and moving again after a few treatments! Took my daughter in this summer as she suddenly had developed motion sickness. Was not sure if it was going to work but figured it couldn't hurt and it did help her! I'm sold. I would be conscientious about who you see for acupuncture as I'm sure not all acupuncturists are created equal but I am so thankful to have found dee. I am a little sad about price increase since covid but understand as they can not work on the same number of people they were before covid. You pay in advance now when you book your appointment online. Highly recommend!!

I happened to be in the midst of a headache so bought it on the spot. Last week was my first visit and first time for acupuncture and now I'm hooked. I've been going twice a week for the last two weeks. The first visit I sat down with Megan to review what I was needing in the way of acupuncture and she was great. From there you go into the community room which has lots of comfy chairs. You take off socks and shoes, roll your pants to your knees and have the needles put in. The needles don't feel great but the feeling goes away quickly. Then you hang out or in my case, fall asleep for the 45 minutes you relax. I actually woke myself up from my own snoring. The space is welcoming and totally comfy. And you choose what you want to pay - $20-45 for each session. And they have a punch card for a free session. The staff have been warm and wonderful. I've been telling everyone to come here!

I've been here twice with two separate massage therapists and both experiences were great. I'm a runner and so they asked in advance what to work on with my legs, did an excellent job, and I was relaxed. It's located in Old Town down a set of stairs right next to a restaurant on College and Olive. So, it's a bit hidden but that kind of adds to the feel of it all to me. Also, just be aware of your appointment and prime moments for Old Town and parking. Lobby is relaxing enough for the space and staff were kind. The reason that despite giving 5 stars that I hesitate on returning is because I am fairly certain they have raised their prices on massages. It is now $99 for a 1-hour massage and I'm fairly certain it was $80 when I got my first massage there around or less than a year earlier. Maybe I'm wrong but that was strange to me. Perhaps these are Fort Collins rates now but I'm well aware I could get a more affordable, equally high quality massage and experience elsewhere so I may. So consider that component if you are price-conscious but if you are willing to pay this amount, you will have a great experience.
