I would have to take them off and open and shut the battery door to get them to come back on. He was able to tighten the battery door and contact for me and they are now working fine! Also they are rather deceptive about what they will charge you for the hearing test. They said, well gee, we aren't really sure what medicare will pay- but they know with certainty that they will be billing you 260$ for the hearing test you will have to pay after medicare pays. So the apparent scam at the hearing place is to either sell you a overpriced hearing aid or sell you an overpriced hearing test. Find a better option than The Hearing Place in Fort Collins.
