My mom got the Mediterranean wrap. My Toona was better. Food was great and tastes healthy! If you follow along you know I had a heart attack so I have to cut out salt and sugar. Now I can't see the nutritional facts on this stuff but I didn't taste salt or sweetener in the smoothie. Both wraps came with a small side salad. Food was filling enough for lunch. Looked small when we first got it. Came with a dressing that was not salty. Tasted like possibly a vinaigrette and olive oil. Pretty tasty. I also opted for the tuna salad sandwich. It was on some crispy bread and made of cashews. It was delightful and so filling. I was ordering and waiting for my food. Arnold and Scott chatted up with me at the counter. They were both very pleasant and I can't wait to go back to talk to them and also try the food. While there I noticed in a array of natural products as well as a ton of books. Turns out Arnold has written probably 20 or more books and he has them all on sale there. His stance is food should be your medicine and medicine. Should be your food. While I was eating, I saw a few people come in and ask Arnold for some advice.
